का.आ. 342(अ).—भारत सरकार को लोकनहत म(cid:7286) यह र्आ(cid:7019)यक (cid:7079)तीत होता है (cid:7408)क के रल रा(cid:6996)य म(cid:7286) कोची-कू टानड- ब(cid:7289)गलू(cid:7272)-म(cid:7289)गलोर पाईप लाईन (cid:7367)ारा (cid:7079)ाकृ नतक गैस के प(cid:7407)र्रहन के नलए गेल (इन(cid:7003)डया) नलनमटेड (cid:7367)ारा, एक पाइपलाईन नबछाई ािनी चानहए;

और भारत सरकार को उ(cid:6989)त पाइपलाईन नबछाने के (cid:7079)योनि के नलए यह र्आ(cid:7019)यक (cid:7079)तीत होता है (cid:7408)क उस भूनम म(cid:7286), नसिम(cid:7286) उ(cid:6989)त पाइपलाईन नबछाए ािने का (cid:7079)(cid:7021)र्ता है और ोि इस अनधसूचना से संल(cid:6991)न अनुसूची म(cid:7286) र्(cid:7414)णत है, उपयोग के अनधकार का अ(िcid:6981)न (cid:7408)कया ािए;

अत: अब, भारत सरकार, पे(cid:7069)ोनलयम और खनन िपाइपलाईन (भूनम म(cid:7286) उपयोग के अनधकर का अ(िcid:6981)न) अनधननयम, 1962 (1962 का 50) क(cid:7409) धारा 3 क(cid:7409) उपधारा (1) (cid:7367)ारा (cid:7079)द(cid:7004)त न(cid:7334)य(cid:7298) का (cid:7079)याग करते (cid:7263)ए, उस भूनम म(cid:7286) उपयोग के अनधकार का अ(िcid:6981)न करने के अपने आय क(cid:7409) घोषणा करती है;

MINISTRY OF PETROLEUM AND NATURAL GAS

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 27th January, 2017

S.O. 342(E).—Whereas it appears to Government of India that it is necessary in public interest that for transportation of natural gas through Kochi-Koottanad-Bengaluru-Mangalore pipeline in the State of Kerala, a pipeline should be laid by GAIL (India) Limited;

And, whereas it appears to Government of India that for the purpose of laying the said pipeline, it is necessary to acquire the Right of User in the land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid and which is described in the Schedule annexed to this notification;

Now, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962, (50 of 1962) Government of India hereby declares its intention to acquire the Right of User therein;

Any person interested in the land described in the said Schedule may, within twenty one days from the date of which the copies of the notification issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the said Act, as published in the Gazette of India are made available to the general public, object in writing to the laying of the pipeline under the land to Competent Authority, GAIL (India) Limited.
