सा.का.नन. 112(अ).—रा(cid:7398)पनत, संर्नधान के अनु(cid:6994)छेद 309 के पर(cid:7008)तुक (cid:7367)ारा (cid:7079)द(cid:7275) न(cid:7334)य(cid:7298) का (cid:7079)योग करते (cid:7263)ए, के (cid:7008)(cid:7076)ीय उ(cid:7004)पाद ु(cid:7016)क और सीमा-ु(cid:7016)क र्नभाग, सहायक कर (समूह 'ग' पद) भत(cid:7278) ननयम, 2014 का संोधन करने के नलए नन(cid:7388)नलनखत ननयम बनाते ह(cid:7289), अा(cid:6981)त:-

1. (1) इन ननयम(cid:7298) का संन(cid:6979)(cid:7385) नाम के (cid:7008)(cid:7076)ीय उ(cid:7004)पाद ु(cid:7016)क और सीमा-ु(cid:7016)क र्नभाग, कर सहायक (समूह 'ग' पद) भत(cid:7278) (संोधन) ननयम, 2017 है ।

(2) ये रापि(cid:7074) म(cid:7286) अपने (cid:7079)कान क(cid:7409) तारीख को (cid:7079र्)ृ(cid:7004)त ह(cid:7298)गे ।

2. के (cid:7008)(cid:7076)ीय उ(cid:7004)पाद ु(cid:7016)क और सीमा-ु(cid:7016)क र्नभाग, सहायक कर (समूह 'ग' पद) भत(cid:7278) ननयम, 2014 (नसिे इसमे इसके प(cid:7391)ात उ(cid:7334) ननयम कहा गया है) म(cid:7286), -

(i) ननयम 2 के (cid:7021)ान पर, नन(cid:7388)नलनखत ननयम रखा ािएगा, अा(cid:6981)त:-

"2. पद(cid:7298) क(cid:7409) सं(cid:6990)या, र्ग(cid:7278)करण और र्ेतन मै(cid:7407)(cid:7069)(cid:6989)स म(cid:7286) (cid:7021)तर:- उ(cid:7334) पद(cid:7298) क(cid:7409) सं(cid:6990)या, उनका र्ग(cid:7278)करण और र्ेतन मै(cid:7407)(cid:7069)(cid:6989)स म(cid:7286) (cid:7021)तरर् े ह(cid:7298)गे, ोि इन ननयम(cid:7298) से उपाब(cid:7373) उ(cid:7334) अनुसूची के (cid:7021)तंभ (2) से (cid:7021)तंभ (4) म(cid:7286) र्ननन(cid:7416)द(cid:7397) है ।";

(ii) ननयम 3 के उप ननयम (1) के (cid:7021)ान पर नन(cid:7388)नलनखत रखा ािएगा, अा(cid:6981)त :-

(क) ीष(cid:6981)क के (cid:7021)ान पर, र्"ेतन मै(cid:7407)(cid:7069)(cid:6989)स म(cid:7286) (cid:7021)तर" ीष(cid:6981)क रखा ािएगा;

(ख) (cid:7079)र्नन(cid:7397) के (cid:7021)ान पर र्"ेतन मै(cid:7407)(cid:7069)(cid:6989)स म(cid:7286) (cid:7021)तर-4 (25,500-81,100 (cid:7271).)" (cid:7079)र्नन(cid:7397) रखी ािएंगी।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 8th February, 2017

G.S.R. 112(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Central Excise and Customs Department Tax Assistant, (Group C Post) Recruitment Rules, 2014, namely:—

1. (1) These rules shall be called the Central Excise and Customs Department, Tax Assistant (Group 'C' Post) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2017.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Central Excise and Customs Department Tax Assistant, (Group C Post) Recruitment Rules, 2014 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules),

(i) for rule 2, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix. – The number of said posts, their classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule.";

(ii) in rule 3, for sub-rule (1), the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"(1) Each Zonal Cadre Controlling Authority shall have its own separate cadre unless other-wise directed by the Central Board of Excise and Customs.".

3. In the said rules, in the Schedule, in column (4), -

(a) for the heading, the heading "Level in the pay matrix" shall be substituted;

(b) for the entry, the entry "Level – 4 in the pay matrix (Rs. 25,500-81,100)" shall be substituted.
