सा.का.नन. 113(अ).—रा(cid:7398)पनत, संर्नधान के अनु(cid:6994)छेद 309 के पर(cid:7008)तुक (cid:7367)ारा (cid:7079)द(cid:7275) न(cid:7334)य(cid:7298) का (cid:7079)योग करते (cid:7263)ए, के (cid:7008)(cid:7076)ीय रा(िcid:7021र्) अधीन(cid:7021) रसायन र्सेा (समूह 'ख' अरापिन(cid:7074)त पद) रसायन सहायक भत(cid:7278) ननयम, 2015 म(cid:7286) नन(cid:7388)नलनखत संोधन करते ह(cid:7289), अा(cid:6981)त्:—
1. (1) इन ननयम(cid:7298) का संन(cid:6979)(cid:7385) नाम के (cid:7008)(cid:7076)ीय रा(िcid:7021र्) अधीन(cid:7021) रसायन र्सेा (समूह 'ख' अरापिन(cid:7074)त पद) रसायन सहायक भत(cid:7278) (संोधन) ननयम, 2017 है ।
(2) ये रापि(cid:7074) म(cid:7286) अपने (cid:7079)कान क(cid:7409) तारीख को (cid:7079र्)ृ(cid:7004)त ह(cid:7298)गे ।
2. के (cid:7008)(cid:7076)ीय रा(िcid:7021र्) अधीन(cid:7021) रसायन र्सेा (समूह 'ख' अरापिन(cid:7074)त पद) रसायन सहायक भत(cid:7278) ननयम, 2015 म(cid:7286) - (क) ननयम 2 के (cid:7021)ान पर नन(cid:7388)नलनखत ननयम रखा ािएगा, अा(cid:6981)त्:-
"2. पद(cid:7298) क(cid:7409) सं(cid:6990)या,र् ग(cid:7278)करण औरर् ेतन मै(cid:7407)(cid:7069)(cid:6989)स म(cid:7286) (cid:7021)तर:- उ(cid:7334) पद(cid:7298) क(cid:7409) सं(cid:6990)या, उनकार् ग(cid:7278)करण और उससे संल(cid:7336) र्ेतन मै(cid:7407)(cid:7069)(cid:6989)स म(cid:7286) (cid:7021)तर को इन ननयम(cid:7298) से उपाब(cid:7373) अनुसूची के (cid:7021)तंभ (2) से (cid:7021)तंभ (4) म(cid:7286) र्ननन(cid:7416)द(cid:7397) (cid:7408)कया ािएगा ।";
(ख) (cid:7021)तंभ (4) क(cid:7409) अनुसूची म(cid:7286),-
(i) (cid:7021)त(cid:7013)भ ीष(cid:6981)क के (cid:7021)ान पर नन(cid:7388)नलनखत (cid:7021)त(cid:7013)भ ीष(cid:6981)क रखा ािएगा, अा(cid:6981)त् :-

(ii) (cid:7079)र्नन(cid:7397) के (cid:7021)ान पर नन(cid:7388)नलनखत (cid:7079)र्नन(cid:7397) रखी ािएंगी, अा(cid:6981)त् :-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th February, 2017
G.S.R. 113(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Central Revenues Subordinate Chemical Service (Group "B" Non- Gazetted post) Chemical Assistant Recruitment Rules, 2015, namely:—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Central Revenues Subordinate Chemical Service (Group "B" Non-Gazetted post) Chemical Assistant Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2017.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Central Revenues Subordinate Chemical Service (Group "B" Non- Gazetted post) Chemical Assistant Recruitment Rules, 2015,-
(a) for rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-
"2. Number of posts, classification and Level in Pay Matrix. – The number of said posts, their classification and the Level in the Pay Matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.";
(b) in the Schedule, in column (4),-
(i) for the column heading, the following column heading shall be substituted, namely:-
"Level in the Pay Matrix";
(ii) for the entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
"Level – 6 in the Pay Matrix (Rs. 35,400-1,12,400)".
