का.आ. 375(अ).— बि(cid:7408)क भारतीय नच(cid:7408)क(cid:7004)सा क(cid:7286) (cid:7076)ीय प(cid:7407)रषद् अनधननयम, 1970 (1970 का 48) क(cid:7409) धारा 3 क(cid:7409) उप-धारा (1) के खंड (क) (नसिे आगे उ(cid:6989)त अनधननयम कहा गया है) के अनुसरण म(cid:7286), आर्यु(cid:7287)द, नस(cid:7373) और यूनानी नच(cid:7408)क(cid:7004)सा प(cid:7373)नतय(cid:7298) के नलए सद(cid:7021)य(cid:7298) का उस रा(cid:6996)य से नर्ना(cid:6981)चन नसिम(cid:7286) भारतीय नच(cid:7408)क(cid:7004)सा क(cid:7409) रा(cid:6996)य पंनकिा अनुरन(cid:6979)त क(cid:7409) ािती है,से उस पंनकिा म(cid:7286) आर्यु(cid:7287)द, नस(cid:7373) और यूनानी नच(cid:7408)क(cid:7004)सा(cid:7012)यानसय(cid:7298) के (cid:7272)प म(cid:7286) नामां(cid:7408)कत (cid:7018)यन(cid:7334)य(cid:7298) (cid:7367)ारा अपने बीच से (cid:7408)कया गया है।

अत: अब उ(cid:7334) अनधननयम क(cid:7409) धारा 3 क(cid:7409) उप-धारा (1) (cid:7367)ारा (cid:7079)द(cid:7275) न(cid:7334)य(cid:7298) का (cid:7079)योग करते (cid:7263)ए, क(cid:7286) (cid:7076) सरकार एत(cid:7375)ारा भारत सरकार के भूतर्पू(cid:6981) (cid:7021र्)ा(cid:7021)(cid:7005)य और प(cid:7407)र्रार क(cid:7016)याण मं(cid:7074)ालय, (cid:7021र्)ा(cid:7021)(cid:7005)य र्नभाग क(cid:7409) अनधसूचना सं(cid:6990)या का.आ. 3259(अ) तारीख 21 अग(cid:7021)त, 1971 म(cid:7286) नन(cid:7388)नलनखत और संोधन करती है, अा(cid:6981)त्:-

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 8th February, 2017

S.O. 375(E).— Whereas in pursuance of clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) Member for Ayurveda, Siddha and Unani Systems of medicine from the State in which the State Register of Indian Medicine is maintained, have been elected from amongst themselves by persons enrlled on that Register as practitioners of Ayurveda, Siddha and Unani.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the erstwhile Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Department of Health vide number S.O. 3259, dated the 21st August, 1971 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section(ii) , namely: -

In the said Table, under the heading "Elected under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 3", against the State of Uttarakhand, for the entries in coloumns 3,4, and 5 relating thereto, the following entries shall respectively be substituted, namely: -
