का.आ.413(अ).— यत: भू-संपदा (र्नननयमन और र्नकास) अनधननयम, 2016 (2016 का 16) (इसके बाद इसे अनधननयम कहा ािएगा) क(cid:7409) धारा 20 क(cid:7409) उप-धारा (1) के तीसरे परंतुक म(cid:7286) यह (cid:7018)र्य(cid:7021)ा है (cid:7408)क र्नननयामक (cid:7079)ानधकरण का गठन (cid:7408)कए ािने तक, समुनचत सरकार इस अनधननयम के अंतग(cid:6981)त (cid:7079)योनि(cid:7298) हेतु (cid:7408)कसी र्नननयामक (cid:7079)ानधकारी र्अा र्नननयामक (cid:7079)ानधकारी के (cid:7272)प म(cid:7286) (cid:7408)कसी अनधकारी को नानमत करेगी;
और यत: के (cid:7008)(cid:7076) सरकार, अनधननयम क(cid:7409) धारा 2 के खंड (छ) के अनुसार अंडमान और ननकोबार (cid:7367)ीप समूह संघ रा(cid:6996)य (cid:6979)े(cid:7074) के नलए इस अनधननयम के अंतग(cid:6981)त समुनचत सरकार है;
अत: अब, के (cid:7008)(cid:7076) सरकार इस अनधननयम क(cid:7409) धारा 20 क(cid:7409) उप धारा (1) के तीसरे परंतुक (cid:7367)ारा (cid:7079)द(cid:7004)त न(cid:7334)य(cid:7298) का (cid:7079)योग करते (cid:7263)ए, इस अनधननयम के (cid:7079)योनि(cid:7298) हेतु (cid:7079)धान सनर्च, हरी र्नकास, अंडमान और ननकोबार (cid:7079)ासन को र्नननयामक (cid:7079)ानधकारी के (cid:7272)प म(cid:7286) एत(cid:7375)ारा ननयु(cid:6989)त करती है।

ORDER
New Delhi, the 13th February, 2017
S.O.413(E).—Whereas, the third proviso to sub-section (1) of section 20 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (16 of 2016) (hereinafter referred to as the Act) stipulates that until the establishment of a Regulatory Authority, the appropriate Government shall designate any Regulatory Authority or any officer as the Regulatory Authority for the purposes under the Act;
And Whereas, the Central Government is the appropriate Government under the Act for the Union territory of Andaman & Nicobar Islands in terms of clause (g) of Section 2 of the Act;
Now, Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the third proviso to sub-section (1) of section 20 of the Act, the Central Government hereby designates Principal Secretary, Urban Development, Andaman & Nicobar Administration as the Regulatory Authority, for the purposes of the Act.
