सा.का.नन. 127(अ).—के (cid:7008)(cid:7076)ीय सरकार, ऊाि(cid:6981) संर(cid:6979)ण अनधननयम, 2001 (2001 का 52) क(cid:7409) धारा 56 (cid:7367)ारा (cid:7079)द(cid:7004)त न(cid:7334)य(cid:7298) का (cid:7079)योग करते (cid:7263)ए, ऊाि(cid:6981) द(cid:6979)ता (cid:7011)यूरो (सनर्च क(cid:7409) ननयुन(cid:7334)) ननयम, 2004 का संोधन करने के नलए नन(cid:7013)ननलनखत ननयम बनाती है, अा(cid:6981)त्

(1) संन(cid:6979)(cid:7009)त नाम और (cid:7079)ारंभ.— (1) इन ननयम(cid:7298) का संन(cid:6979)(cid:7009)त नाम ऊाि(cid:6981) द(cid:6979)ता (cid:7011)यूरो (सनर्च क(cid:7409) ननयुन(cid:7334)) संोधन ननयम, 2017 है ।

(2) ये रापि(cid:7074) म(cid:7286) (cid:7079)कान क(cid:7409) तारीख को (cid:7079र्)ृत ह(cid:7298)गे ।

2. ऊाि(cid:6981) द(cid:6979)ता (cid:7011)यूरो (सनर्च क(cid:7409) ननयुन(cid:7334)) ननयम, 2017 क(cid:7409) अनुसूची के सतंभ 12 म(cid:7286), ''के (cid:7008)(cid:7076)ीय या रा(cid:6996)य सरकार(cid:7298) के ऐसे अनधकारी'' (cid:7011)द(cid:7298) के (cid:7021)ान पर ''के (cid:7008)(cid:7076)ीय या रा(cid:6996)य सरकार(cid:7298) या के (cid:7008)(cid:7076)ीय या रा(cid:6996)य सरकार(cid:7298) के अधीन कानूनी या (cid:7021र्)ाय(cid:7004)त ननकाय(cid:7298) के ऐसे अनधकारी'' (cid:7011)द रख(cid:7286) ािएंगे ।

New Delhi, the 14th February, 2017

G.S.R. 127(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 56 of the Energy Conservation Act, 2001 (52 of 2001), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (Appointment of Secretary) Rules, 2004, namely:—

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (Appointment of Secretary) Amendment Rules, 2017.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (Appointment of Secretary) Rules, 2004 in the Schedule in column (12) for the words "The officers of Central or State Governments", the words "The officers of Central or State Governments or statutory or autonomous bodies under the Central or State Governments" shall be substituted.
