(ii) उ(cid:7004)तर-र्पू(cid:7278) रा(cid:6996)य(cid:7298) म(cid:7286) इमारती लकी लादने के नलए रेर्ले (cid:7021)टेन(cid:7298) क(cid:7409) सं(cid:6990)या बाना या कम करना ।
(iii) उ(cid:7004)तर-र्पू(cid:7278) रा(cid:6996)य(cid:7298) से इमारती लकी के संचलन से संबंनधत कोई अ(cid:7008)य मु(ा ।
2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] 3. यह सनमनत, उ(cid:7004)तर-र्पू(cid:7278) रा(cid:6996)य(cid:7298) से बाहर इमारती-लकी को दे के अ(cid:7008)य भाग(cid:7298) तक भेनिे के इरादेर् ाले रा(cid:6996)य के पीसीसीए और एचओएए को काय(cid:6981)सूची म(cid:7286) उनके रा(cid:6996)य से संबंनधत मामले होने क(cid:7409) न(cid:7021)नत म(cid:7286), र्नननयामक सनमनत क(cid:7409) बैठक म(cid:7286) भी आमंन(cid:7074)त कर सकती है ।4. यह सनमनत, पया(cid:6981र्)रण,र् न और र्लिायु प(cid:7407)र्र(cid:7074)न मं(cid:7074)ालय के (cid:7079)ासननक ननयं(cid:7074)ण के अंतग(cid:6981)त काय(cid:6981) कर(cid:7286)गी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi,the 16th February, 2017
S.O. 504(E).–– In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby constitutes a Committee known as the Regulatory Committee, constituting of the following members in view of the orders of Hon'ble Supreme Court dated the 12th April, 2016 in the matter of T.N. Godavarman Thirumulpad Versus Union of India and Others for the purpose to regulate the movement of timber from North Eastern States to other parts of the country, namely:-

2. The terms of reference of the Committee are as under:-
(i) Allotment of wagons for movement of surplus timber from North Eastern part of the country to other parts of the country.
(ii) Addition or deletion of railway station for loading of timber in North Eastern States.
(iii) Any other issue related to movement of timber from North Eastern States.
3. The committee may also invite the PCCF & HOFF of the State intending to send the timber outside the North Eastern States to other parts of the country in the regulatory committee meeting, in case there is an agenda pertaining to their State.
4. The Committee shall function under the administrative control of the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change.
