का.आ. 1896(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन पोत परिवहन, सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय (सड़क परिवहन एवं राजमार्ग विभाग) की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1165 (अ), तारीख 8 अगस्त, 2005, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग।।, खण्ड 3, उपखण्ड (ii), तारीख 8 अगस्त, 2005 में प्रकाषित की गई थी और जिसे बाद में 30 जून, 2015 को प्रकाषित भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उपखण्ड (ii) में, का.आ. संख्या 1769 (अ), तारीख 30 जून, 2015 के द्वारा संषोधित किया गया था, में एतद्‌द्वारा निम्नलिखित संषोधन करती हैं, अर्थातः-

संषोधित अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1769 (अ), तारीख 30 जून, 2015 में ''डिप्टी कलेक्टर सह विषेष भूमि अर्जन अधिकारी, मुजफ्फनगर'' शब्दों के स्थान पर ''अपर जिलाधिकारी वित्त एवं राजस्व एवं विषेष भूमि अध्याप्ति अधिकारी, सहारनपुर'' शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे ।

S.O. 1896(E).— In exercise of the power conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the then Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways (department of Road Transport and Highways). number S.O. 1165(E), dated 08th August, 2005 and subsequently amended vide S.O. 1769(E), dated 30th June, 2015 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, sub-section (ii), dated the 08th August, 2005 and 30th June, 2015, namely:-

In the amended notification number S.O. 1769(E), dated 30th June, 2015, for the words "Deputy Collector cum Special Land Acquisition Officer, Muzaffarnagar", the words "Additional District Magistrate Finance and Revenue cum Special Land Acquisition Officer, Saharanpur" shall be substituted.
