S.O. 1921(E).—In pursuance of Clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act,1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby authorizes the person mentioned in column ( 1 ) of the Schedule given below to perform the functions of the Competent Authority under said Act, in respect of the area mentioned in column ( 2 ) of the Schedule :-
