सा.का.नि. 595(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, केन्द्रीय औद्योगिक सुरक्षा बल अधिनियम, 1968 की धारा 22 की उप-धारा (2) के खंड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय औद्योगिक सुरक्षा बल, सहायक विाीय सलाहकार भर्ती नियम, 2012 में संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्‌ :-

1. (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम केन्द्रीय औद्योगिक सुरक्षा बल, सहायक वित्तीय सलाहकार

(संशोधन) नियम, 2017 है ।

(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगें। 2. केंद्रीय औद्योगिक सुरक्षा बल, सहायक विाीय सलाहकार भर्ती नियम, 2012 (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात उक्त नियम कहा गया है), नियम 2 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित नियम रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्‌ :—

"2. पद की संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर.—पद की संख्या, उसका वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर वह होगा जो इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) से स्तंभ (4) में विनिर्दिष्ट है।"

3. उक्त नियमों की अनुसूची में—

(क) स्तंभ (4) में, स्तंभ शीर्षक और इससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात :—

(ख) स्तंभ (11) "प्रतिनियुक्ति" उप-शीर्षक के अधीन—

(i) प्रारंभिक भाग में, "संगठित लेखा सेवा" शब्दों के पश्चात्‌, "या असंगठित लेखा सेवा'' शब्द अंतःस्थापित किए जाएंगे;

(अ) उप-मद (ii) में, शब्दों, अंकों और अक्षरों के स्थान पर "ग्रेड वेतन 5400 रु. सहित वेतन बैंड-3, 15600-39100 रु." शब्द, अंक, और अक्षर "वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर-10 (56100-177500 रु.) रखे जाएंगे।

(आ) उप-मद (ii) और इससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियोें के पश्चात, निम्नलिखित उप-मदें अंतःस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्‌ :- "(iii) वेतन मैट्रिक्स (53100-167800 रु.) के स्तर-9 के पदों में पांच वर्ष सेवा; या (iv) वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर-8 (47600-151100 रु.) के पदों में छह वर्ष सेवा; या समतुल्य" (iii) टिप्पण 1 का लोप किया जाएगा ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 15th June, 2017

G.S.R. 595(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (a) of sub-section (2) of section 22 of the Central Industrial Security Force Act, 1968 (50 of 1968), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Central Industrial Security Force, Assistant Financial Adviser, Recruitment Rules, 2012, namely :—

1. (1) These rules may be called the Central Industrial Security Force, Assistant Financial Adviser, Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2017.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Central Industrial Security Force, Assistant Financial Adviser, Recruitment Rules, 2012 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), for rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted, namely :—

"2. Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix.—The number of post, its classification and the level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in column (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules."

3. In the said rules, in the Schedule,—

(a) in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :—

(b) In column (11), under the sub-heading "Deputation",—

(i) In the opening portion, after the words " Organised Accounts Service", the words "or Non-Organised Accounts Service" shall be inserted;

(ii) in item (a),—

(A) in sub-item (ii), for the words, figures and letters "pay band-3, Rs. 15600-39100/- with Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-", the words, figures and letters "Level-10 in the pay matrix (Rs. 56100-177500/-)" shall be substituted;

(B) after sub-item (ii) and the entries relating thereto, the following sub-items and entries shall be inserted, namely :—

"(iii) with five years' regular service in posts in level-9 in the pay matrix (Rs. 53100- 167800/-); or

(iv) with six years' regular service in posts in level-8 in the pay matrix (Rs. 47600- 151100/-); or equivalent."

(iii) Note 1 shall be omitted.
