काकाकाका....आआआआ.... 1932(अ)1932(अ)1932(अ)1932(अ)....—पेट्रोलियम नियम, 2002 के नियम 16(1) के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्र सरकार लोक हित में पेट्रोलियम आयात करने की अनिवार्यता को देखते हुए एतद्द्वारा रायगढ़ (जिला) में श्रीवर्धन (तालुका), महाराष्ट्र में अवस्थित दिधि पत्तन को भारत में समुद्र मार्ग से पेट्रोलियम आयात करने के लिए भारत सरकार के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से तीन वर्षों की अवधि के लिए अधिसूचित करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 14th June, 2017
S.O. 1932(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred under Rules 16(1) of the Petroleum Rules, 2002, the Central Government, in consideration of the necessity to import petroleum in public interest, hereby notifies Dighi Port situated at Srivardhan, (Taluka) in Raigad (District), Maharashtra for importing petroleum into India by sea for a period of three years with effect from publication of this Notification in Gazette of India.
