का.आ. 1934(अ).-केंद्रीय सरकार, बीज अधिनियम 1966 (1966 का 54) की धारा 6 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) में तारीख 27 दिसम्बर 2016 को प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के कृषि और किसान कल्याण मंत्रलाय के कृषि, सहकारिता और किसान कल्याण विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 4215(अ) तारीख 27 दिसम्बर 2016 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्‌ उक्त अधिसूचना की सारणी के चौथे स्तम्भ में प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएॅगी। अर्थात्‌ः-

"क्राई 1 एसी : टिश्यू (लीफ, स्कवेयर/बॉल) का 4 माइक्रोग्राम शुष्क भार

क्राई 2 एबी : टिश्यू (लीफ, स्कवेयर/बॉल) का 280 माइक्रोग्राम शुष्क भार"

यह अधिसूचना राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होगी।

टिप्पण : मूल अधिसूचना भारत सरकार के राजपत्र में का. आ. संख्यांक 4215(अ) तारीख 27 दिसम्बर 2016 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 16th June, 2017

S.O. 1934(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Seeds Act, 1966 (54 of 1966), the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Department of Agriculture, Cooperation and Farmers Welfare, number S.O. 4215(E), dated the 27th December, 2016, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, sub-section (ii) namely:—

In the said notification in the Table, in fourth column, for the entries, the following entries shall be submitted, namely :—

"Cry1Ac: 4 microgram dry weight of tissue (leaf / square / boll)

Cry2Ab: 280 microgram dry weight of tissue (leaf / square / boll)."

The Notification shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
