का.आ. 1945(अ).-केंद्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए महाराश्ट्र राज्य में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या (नवीन घोषित एन.एच 548 ई.) (एनएच 965) म्हसवाड-पिलीव-पंढरपूर कि.मी. 88.200 राज्यमार्ग 74 का (ऑन जंकषन राज्यमार्ग 74 और राज्यमार्ग 77 म्हसवड़ ) कि.मी. 234.600 राज्यमार्ग 15 (ऑन जंकशन राज्यमार्ग 74 और राज्यमार्ग 15 पढरपूऱ) के निर्माण (चौड़ा करने/दो-चार लेन का बनाने, आदि), अनुरक्षण, प्रबंध और प्रचालन के लिए उक्त अनुसूची के क्रमषः, स्तंभ (4), स्तभं (5), स्तंभ (6), और स्तंभ (7), में उल्लिखित जिलों तालुकों, पुलिस थानों और गांवों से संबंधित उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ (3), की तत्स्थानी प्रविश्टि में विनिर्दिश्ट भू-खंड के संबंध में इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र मे ंप्रकाषन की तारीख अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2), में उल्लिखित अधिकारियों को उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारियों के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए प्राधिकृत करती है।

महाराष्ट्र राज्य में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या (नवीन घोषित एन.एच. 548 ई.) एनएच 965 म्हसवाड--पिलीव-पंढरपूर कि.मी. 88.200 राज्यमार्ग 74 का (ऑन जंकषन राज्यमार्ग 74 और राज्यमार्ग 77 म्हसवड़ ) कि.मी. 234.600 राज्यमार्ग 15 (ऑन जंकशन राज्यमार्ग 74 और राज्यमार्ग 15 पढरपूऱ ) का निर्माण एवं पुनः संरेखण भी सम्मिलित पर भूमि अर्जन होना है।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 20th June, 2017

S.O. 1945(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorises the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule annexed hereto as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule relating to districts, taluk, police station and villages mentioned in column (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said Schedule for building (widening/Two-Four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of Newly Declared NH No. 548 E (Old SH-74 & SH-141) Mhaswad -Piliv- Pandharpur (NH-965) from existing km. 88/200 of old SH-74 (On T-Junction with SH-74 & SH-77 Mhaswad) to Km. 234/600 of SH-15 (On T-Junction with SH-74 & SH-15 Pandharpur) in the State of Maharashtra.

SCHEDULE

Land acquisition on Newly Declared NH No. 548 E (Old SH-74 & SH-141) Mhaswad -Piliv- Pandharpur (NH-965) from existing km. 88/200 of old SH-74 (On T-Junction with SH-74 & SH-77 Mhaswad) to Km. 234/600 of SH-15 (On T- Junction with SH-74 & SH-15 Pandharpur) in the State of Maharashtra.
