का.आ. 1955(अ).—के न्(cid:7076)ीय सरकार औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम, 1947 (1947 का 14) की धारा 40 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह समाधान होने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है, उक्त औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम, 1947 की पहली अनुसूची में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात :—

उक्त पहली अनुसूची में, (cid:7059)म संख्या 29 और इससे संबंधित प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित (cid:7059)म संख्या और प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी, अर्थात :—

" 29. 'ईंधन गैसों का प्रसंस्करण या उत्पादन या वितरण' (कोयला गैस, प्राकृ तिक गैस और जैसे)"

टिप्पण: संख्या का.आ. 251(अ) तारीख 25 जनवरी, 2017 द्वारा भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उप-खण्ड (ii) में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना द्वारा पहली अनुसूची में अंतिम बार संशोधन किया गया था ।

S.O. 1955(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 40 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in the First Schedule to the said Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, namely:—

In the said First Schedule, for serial number 29 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and the entry shall be substituted, namely:—ؙ

"29. 'Processing or production or distribution of fuel gases' (coal gas, natural gas and the like)"
