का.आ. 1962(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खंड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कर्नाटक राज्य मे राष्ट्रीय राज्यमार्ग-207 के किमी 47+900 से किमी 49+280 के सम्बन्ध मे निर्माण ''जिला बंगलौर ग्रामीण, कर्नाटक में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग-207 के किमी 48+300 (डिजाइन चैनेज: 48+570) पर लेवल क्रॉसिंग सं. 130 के स्थान पर सड़क उपरि पुल (आरओबी) और इसके पहुंच मार्गों के निर्माण'' अनुरक्षण प्रबंधन और प्रचालन के लिए नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा-विनिर्दिष्ट भूमि के खंड के संबंध में इस अधिसूचना के शासकीय राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से उक्त अधिनियम के अंतर्गत विशेष भूमि अधिग्रहण अधिकारी, बंगलौर को एतद्द्वारा सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में कार्य निष्पादन करने के लिए प्राधिकृ त करती है ।

जिला बंगलौर ग्रामीण, कर्नाटक में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग-207 मे किमी 47+900 से किमी 49+280 में किमी 48+300 (डिजाइन चैनेज: 48+570) पर लेवल क्रॉसिंग सं. सी-130 के स्थान पर सड़क उपरि पुल (आरओबी) और इसके पहुंच मार्गों के निर्माण

हेतु भूमि अधिग्रहण के संबंध में ।

New Delhi, the 13th June, 2017

S.O. 1962(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), The Central Government hereby authorizes the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Bangalore as the competent authority to perform the function of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the Stretch of land form Km. 47+900 to Km. 49+280 of the National Highway 207 for building (Construction of ROB and its approaches in lieu of Level Crossing No. 130 at km. 48+300 (Design Km. 48+570) of NH-207 in the district Bangalore Rural, Karnataka), maintenance, management and operation in the state of Karnataka as specified in the schedule given below.
