का.आ. 1965(अ).—खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक अधिनियम, 2006 (2006 का 34) की धारा 43 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक प्राधिकरण भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) में दिनांक 6 दिसंबर, 2016 को प्रकाशित अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 3648 (अ) में एतदद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है, अर्थात्:-
तालिका में, प(िcid:7391)मी क्षेत्र से संबंधित 'ख' में, महाराष्ट्र के नीचे, कॉलम (1) में (cid:7059)म संख्या 2 और कॉलमों (2) और (3) में उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्-

S.O. 1965 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 43 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (34 of 2006), the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India hereby makes the following amendment in the notification number S.O. 3648 (E) published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 6th December, 2016, namely:-
In the table, in 'B' related to WESTERN REGION, under Maharashtra, for serial number 2 in column (1) and respective entries in columns (2) and (3), the following shall be substituted, namely.-
