फा. सं. 9-21/2016/राअषिप/स्थापना.—राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद् अधिनियम 1993 (1993 का 73वां) की धारा 32 की उपधारा (2) के खण्ड (ओ) तथा धारा 20 की उपधारा (7) के अन्तर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद् (क्षेत्रीय समितियों की स्थापना, स्थान तथा क्षेत्रीय अधिकार क्षेत्र सम्बन्धी) (संशोधन) विनियम, 2017, इस प्रतिबंध से पहले किए गए कार्य अथवा जिन्हें छोड़ दिया गया, इनके अलावा, राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद् एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती हैः
1. (1) ये विनियम राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद् (क्षेत्रीय समितियों की स्थापना, स्थान तथा क्षेत्रीय अधिकार क्षेत्र) विनियम, 2017 कहलाएंगे।
(2) ये विनियम सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तिथि को लागू होंगे।
2. क्षेत्रीय समितियों का स्थान और क्षेत्रीय अधिकार क्षेत्र निम्नानुसार होगा :

संजय अवस्थी, सदस्य सचिव 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC. 4] NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR TEACHER EDUCATION NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 22nd June, 2017 F.No. 9-21/2016/NCTE/Estt.—In exercise of the powers conferred under clause (o) of sub-section (2) of Section 32 and sub-section (7) of Section 20 of the National Council for Teacher Education Act, 1993 (73 of 1993) and in supersession of the National Council for Teacher Education (Establishment, Location and Territorial Jurisdiction of the Regional Committees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2017, except as things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the National Council for Teacher Education hereby makes the following regulations, namely:—
1. (1) These Regulations may be called the National Council for Teacher Education (Establishment, Location and Territorial Jurisdiction of the Regional Committees) Regulations, 2017.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. The location and territorial jurisdiction of the Regional Committees shall be as follows:
