का.आ. 1974(अ).—कें (cid:7076)ीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए विशेष भूमि अर्जन अधिकारी, पंडोह को हिमाचल राज् य में नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा विनि(cid:7416)र्दष्ट नया राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 3 के किमी. 0+000 से 46+400 तक के भूखंड हाथीथान-कसोल-मानिकरन- पुल्गा सड़क का निर्माण(पेव्ड शोल्डर के साथ दो लेन का बनाने/चौड़ा करने आदि), अनुरक्षण, प्रबंधन और प्रचालन के संबंध में उक्त अधिनियिम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारियों के कृ त्यों का पालन करने के लिए इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृ त करती है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 22nd June, 2017
S.O. 1974(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the Special Land Acquisition Officer (SLAU-II), Pandoh, Himachal Pradesh as the Competent Authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from Km. 00+000 to Km. 46+400 of the new National Highway No. 3 for building (widening / Two laning with paved Shoulder etc.), maintenance, management and operation Hathithan – Kasol – Manikaran – Pulga Road in the State of Himachal Pradesh as specified in the Schedule given below.
