का.आ. 2007(अ).—यत:, मै. फीनिक्स स्पेशिस प्राइवेट लिमिटेड, ने तेलंगाना राज्य के पुप्पलगुड़ा गाँव, राजेन्(cid:7076) नगर मंडल, जिला रंगारै(cid:7355)ी में सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी एवं सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी समर्थित सेवाओं के लिए एक क्षेत्र विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जोन की स्थापना हेतु विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का 28) (जिसे एतद्प(cid:7391)ात उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है ) की धारा 3 के अंतर्गत प्रस्ताव किया है;
और यत:, के न्(cid:7076) सरकार इस बात से संतुष्ट है कि उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (8) के अंतर्गत अपेक्षाओं तथा अन्य संबंधित अपेक्षाओं को पूरा कर लिया गया है और उसने उपयु र्क्त विशेष आर्थिक जोन के विकास, प्रचालन एवं रखरखाव हेतु उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (10) के अंतर्गत दिनांक 31 मार्च, 2017 को अनुमोदन पत्र प्रदान कर दिया है;
अत:, अब, विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2006 के नियम 8 के अनुसरण में के न्(cid:7076) सरकार, एत(cid:7375)ारा उपयु र्क्त स्थान के 3.46 हेक्टेयर (8.55 एकड़) के नीचे दी गई तालिका में दिए गए खसरा नंबर के क्षेत्र को विशेष आर्थिक जोन के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है, अर्थात:-

(1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] और अत: विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का 28) की धारा 13 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, के न्(cid:7076) सरकार एतदद्वारा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 14 के प्रयोजनार्थ उपयु र्क्त विशेष आर्थिक जोन के लिए एक समिति, जिसे अनुमोदन समिति कहा जाएगा, गठित करती है, जिसके अध्यक्ष और सदस्य निम्नानुसार हैं, अर्थात:-

| 2. | निदेशक अथवा उप-सचिव, भारत सरकार, वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय, वाणिज्य विभाग या उसका नामिती जिसका स्तर अवर सचिव, भारत सरकार से कम नहᱭ होगा | सदस्य, पदेन |
| 3. | विशेष आर्थिक जोन पर भू-भागीय क्षेत्राधिकार रखने वाले क्षेत्रीय संयुक्त विदेश ᳞ापार महानिदेशक | सदस्य, पदेन |
| 4. | विशेष आर्थिक जोन पर भू-भागीय क्षेत्राधिकार रखने वाले सीमाशुल्क आयुक्त या क े न्ᮤीय उत्पाद शुल्क आयुक्त अथवा उनका नामिती जिसका स्तर संयुक्त आयुक्त से कम नहᱭ होगा | सदस्य, पदेन |

और अत: विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का 28) की धारा 53 की उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए के न्(cid:7076) सरकार एत(cid:7375)ारा दिनांक 19 जून, 2017 को उस तारीख के रूप में निर्धारित करती है जिस तारीख से उपयु र्क्त विशेष आर्थिक जोन को सीमा-शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 52) की धारा 7 के अंतर्गत अंतद(cid:7287)शीय कं टेनर डिपो माना जाएगा ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19th June, 2017
S.O. 2007(E).—WHEREAS, M/s. Phoenix Spaces Private Limited has proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), to set up a Sector Specific Special Economic Zone for IT/ITES at Puppalguda Village, Rajendra Nagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, in the State of Telangana;
AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government is satisfied that requirements under sub-section (8) of section 3 of the said Act, and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval under sub-section (10) of section 3 of the said Act for development, operation and maintenance of the above sector specific Special Economic Zone on 31st March, 2017;
भारत का राजपत्रा : असाधरण [भाग IIखण्ड 3(ii)] 3NOW, THEREFORE, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, hereby notifies the 3.46 hectares (8.55 acres) area at above location with survey number given in the table below as a Special Economic Zone, namely:

AND, THEREFORE, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 13 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), hereby constitutes a Committee to be called the Approval Committee for the above Special Economic Zone for the purposes of section 14 of the said Act consisting of the following Chairperson and Members, namely:—

| 4. | Commissioner of Customs or Central Excise having territorial jurisdiction over the Special Economic Zone or his nominee not below the rank of Joint Commissioner | Member ex officio; |
| 5. | Commissioner of Income Tax having territorial jurisdiction over the Special Economic Zone or his nominee not below the rank of Joint Commissioner | Member ex officio; |
| 6. | Director (Banking) in the Ministry of Finance, Banking Division, Government of India | Member ex officio; |
| 7. | Two officers, not below the rank of Joint Secretary, to be nominated by the State Government | Member ex officio; |

AND, THEREFORE, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (2) of section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), hereby appoints the 19th day of June, 2017 as the date from which the above Special Economic Zone shall be deemed to be Inland Container Depot under section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962).
