का.आ. 2013(अ).—कें (cid:7076) सरकार, राष्ट्रीय फै शन टै(cid:7331)ालॉजी संस्थान अधिनियम, 2006 (2006 का 28), की धारा 3 की उपधारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, (cid:7088)ी चेतन चौहान के त्याग पत्र को स्वीकार करती है और अधिनियम की धारा 3 (3)(क) के अंतर्गत संस्थान के विजिटर भारत के राष्ट्रपति द्वारा नामित (cid:7088)ी राजेश वी शाह को राष्ट्रीय फै शन टैक्नालॉजी संस्थान के शासी निकाय के अध्यक्ष के रूप में उक्त अधिनियम के प्रावधानों के अध्यधीन 31-3-2019 तक कार्य करने के लिए नामांकन को अधिसूचित करती है ।

New Delhi, the 24th June, 2017
S.O. 2013(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 3 of the National Institute of Fashion Technology Act, 2006 (No. 28 of 2006) the Central Government hereby accepts the resignation of Shri Chetan Chauhan and notifies the nomination of Shri Rajesh V. Shah, by the President of India in his capacity as Visitor of the Institute, under Section 3(3)(a) of the Act to serve as Chairperson on the Board of Governors of the National Institute of Fashion Technology up to 31.03.2019 subject to the provisions of the said Act.
