का.आ. 2008(अ).—यत:, मै. आंध्र प्रदेश औद्योगिक अवसरंचना निगम लिमिटेड (एपीआईआईसी), ने आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य के महेश्वरम गाँव एवं मंडल, जिला-रंगारेड्डी में इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स हार्डवेयर के लिए एक क्षेत्र विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जोन की स्थापना हेतु विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का 28) (जिसे एतद्पश्चात् उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है ) की धारा 3 के अंतर्गत प्रस्ताव किया था;
और यत:, के न्द्र सरकार ने विशेष आर्थिक जोन नियम, 2006 के नियम 8 के साथ पठित उक्त आधिनियम की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1216(अ), दिनांक 25 जुलाई, 2007 द्वारा उपयु र्क्त विशेष आर्थिक जोन में 111 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र को अधिसूचित कर दिया था;
और यत;, मैं. तेलंगाना प्रदेश औद्योगिक अवसंरचना निगम लिमिटेड ने अब उक्त विशेष आर्थिक जोन के 111 हेक्टेयर के सम्पूर्ण क्षेत्र को अनधिसूचित करने का प्रस्ताव किया है;
और यत: तेलंगाना सरकार ने उनके दिनांक 4 अगस्त, 2016 के पत्र सं. एलआर. न. 430/आईटीई &एस/ प्रोम/2014 के तहत प्रस्ताव को अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्र दे दिया है;
2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] अतः इसलिए के न्द्र सरकार, विशेष आर्थिक जोन नियमावली, 2006 के नियम 8 के प्रथम परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्दवारा उक्त अधिसूचना को इस उत्सादन से पूर्व किए गए कार्यों या किए जाने के लिए लोपित को छोड़कर, रद्द करती है ।[फा. सं. एफ. 2/280/2006-एस.ई.जेड]

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th June, 2017
S.O. 2008(E).—WHEREAS, M/s. Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited (APIIC) had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for Electronics hardware at Maheshwaram Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in the State of Andhra Pradesh;
AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zone Rules 2006, had notified an area of 111 hectares vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification Number S. O. 1216(E), dated 25.07.2007;
AND, WHEREAS, M/s. Telangana State Industrial Infrastucture Corporation Limited has now proposed to de-notify entire area of 111 hectares of the above Special Economic Zone;
AND, WHEREAS, the State Government of Telangana has given its "No Objection" to the proposal vide letter No. Lr. No.430/ITE&C/Prom/2014, dated 04th August, 2016.
AND, WHEREAS, the Development Commissioner, Visakhapatnam Special Economic Zone has recommended the proposal for de-notification of entire area of 111 Hectares of the Special Economic Zone;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by first proviso to rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, the Central Government hereby rescinds the above notification except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
