का. आ. 2027 (अ).—कें (cid:7076) सरकार, पटसन पैके जिंग साम(cid:7061)ी (वस्तु पै(cid:7412)कं ग में अनिवार्य प्रयोग) अधिनियम, 1987 (1987 का 10) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत् त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एत(cid:7375)ारा भारत सरकार, वस्त्र मंत्रालय के दिनांक 14 जनवरी, 2016 के का. आ. 126 (अ) के तहत भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) में प्रकाशित आदेश में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, नामत: :—

उक्त आदेश में, प्रस्तावना में, पैरा 4 में, '30 जून, 2016 तक' शब्दों, अंकों और अक्षरों के स्थान पर '30 सितंबर, 2017 तक' शब्द, अंक और अक्षर रखे जाएंगे।

टिप्पणी : मूल आदेश दिनांक 14 जनवरी, 2016 के का. आ. सं. 126 (अ) के तहत भारत के राजपत्र, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) में प्रकाशित तथा दिनांक 28 जून, 2016 के का. आ. सं. 2224(अ) तथा दिनांक 30 सितम्बर, 2016 के का.आ. सं. 3095(अ), तथा दिनांक 23 दिसम्बर, 2016 के का. आ. सं. 4157(अ) तथा दिनांक 21 मार्च, 2017 के का. आ. सं. 965(अ) द्वारा संशोधित किया गया था।

S.O. 2027(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Jute Packaging Materials (Compulsory Use in Packing Commodities) Act, 1987 (10 of 1987), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Textiles, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, sub-Section (ii) vide number S.O. 126 (E), dated the 14th January, 2016, namely:—

In the said Order, in the Preamble, in paragraph 4, for the words, figures and letters "upto 30th June, 2016", the words, figures and letters "upto 30th September, 2017" shall be substituted.
