सा.का.नि. 657(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, सीमा सुरक्षा बल अधिनियम, 1968 (1968 का 47) की धारा 141 की उपधारा (2) के खण्ड (ख) और (ग) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए सीमा सुरक्षा बल, (येाधक आशुलिपिक कॉडर) समूह ''क'' और ''ख'' पद भर्ती नियम, 2011 में संशाोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्‌ :- 1. (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम सीमा सुरक्षा बल, (येाधक आशाुलिपिक कॉडर) समूह ''क'' और ''ख'' पद भर्ती (संशोधन) नियम, 2017 हैै। (2) ये राजपत्र मेें प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

2. सीमा सुरक्षा बल, (येाधक अशाुलिपिक कॉडर) समूह ''क'' और ''ख'' पद भर्ती नियम, 2011 में,. - (क) नियम 3 में, शब्द ''वेतन बैंड और ग्रेड वेतन या वेतनमान", दोनों स्थानों पर आते हैं, ''वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर'' शब्द रखे जाएगेे;

(ख) अनुसूची में,-

(i) सहायक कमान्डेंट (निजी सचिव) के पद से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 1 के सामने - (अ) स्तंभ (4) और इससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थातः :-

(़आ) स्तभं (11) में,''प्रोन्नति'' शीर्षक के अधीन -

(i) शब्दाें और अंको के स्थान पर ''वेतन बैन्ड-2, 9300-34800 रू. + ग्रेड वेतन 4600 रु.'' शब्द और अंक ''वेतन मैट्रिक्स'' (44900-142400 रु.) में स्तर 7'' रखे जाएंगे;

(ii) टिप्पण 2 का लोप किया जाएगा़;

(अ) स्तंभ (4) के अधीन प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जएंगी, अर्थात्‌ः- ''स्तर-7 (44900-142400 रु.)'';

(आ) स्तभं (11) में, ''प्रोन्नति'' शीर्षक के आधीन, -

(i) शब्दाें और अंको के स्थान पर ''वेतन बैन्ड 2, 9300-34800 + ़ग्रेड वेतन 4200 रु.'' शब्द और अंक ''वेतन मैट्रिक्स (35400-112400 रु.) में स्तर 6'' रखे जाएंगे।

(ii) टिप्पण 2 का लोप किया जाएंगा;

(iii) उप निरीक्षक-(आशुलिपिक) के पद से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 3 के सामने,-

(अ) स्तंभ (4) के आधीन प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्‌ः-

'' स्तर 6 (35400-112400रू)'';

(I) ''प्रोन्नति'' शीर्षक के अधीन,

(i) शब्दाें और अंको के स्थान पर ''वेतन बैन्ड के वेतनमान 5200-20200 रु. +़ ग्रेड वेतन 2800 रु.'', शब्द और अंक ''वेतन मैट्रिक्स ( 29200-92300 रु.)'' रखे जाएंगे।

(ii) टिप्पण 2 का लोप किया जाएगा़;

(II) ''प्रतिनियुक्ति'' शीर्षक के अधीन,

(i) मद (ii) में '' वेतन बैन्ड 1 5200-.20200 रु. + ग्रेड वेतन 2800 रु.'' शब्दाें और अंको के स्थान पर, शब्द और अंक ''वेतन मैट्रिक्स (29200-92300 रु.) में स्तर -5'' रखे जाएंगे;

(ii) टिप्पण 1 का लोप किया जाएगा।ं

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 28th June, 2017

G.S.R. 657(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (b) and (c) of sub- section (2) of section 141 of the Border Security Force Act, 1968 (47 of 1968), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Border Security Force (Combatised Stenographers Cadre), Group 'A' and Group 'B' posts, Recruitment Rules, 2011, namely:—

1. (1) These rules may be called the Border Security Force, (Combatised Stenographers Cadre), Group 'A' and Group 'B' Posts, Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2017.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Border Security Force, (Combatised Stenographers Cadre), Group 'A' and Group 'B' posts, Recruitment Rules, 2011,—

(a) in rule 3, for the words "pay band and grade pay or pay scale" at both the places, the words "level in the pay matrix" shall be substituted;

(b) in the Schedule,—

(i) against serial number 1 relating to the post of Assistant Commandant (Personal Secretary),—

(A) for column (4) and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:—

(B) in column (11), under heading "Promotion",—

(i) for the words and figures " Pay Band-2 (Rs. 9300-34800) plus Grade Pay of Rs. 4600", in the words and figures "level-7 in the pay matrix (Rs. 44900- 142400/)" shall be substituted;

(ii) Note 2 shall be omitted;

(ii) against serial number 2 relating to the post of Inspector (Personal Assistant),—

(A) for the entries under column (4), the following entries shall be substituted, namely:—

"Level - 7 (Rs. 44900-142400/-)",

(B) in column (11), under heading "Promotion"

(i) for the words and figures "Pay Band-2 (Rs. 9300-34800) plus Grade Pay of Rs. 4200", the words and figures " Level-6 in the pay matrix (Rs. 35400-112400/-)" shall be substituted;

(ii) Note 2 shall be omitted.

(iii) against serial number 3 relating to the post of Sub-Inspector (Stenographer),—

(A) for the entries under column 4, the following entries shall be substituted; namely:—

"Level - 6 (Rs. 35400-112400/-)";

(B) in column (11),

(I) under heading "promotion",—

(i) for the words and figures "Pay Band-I (Rs. 5200-20200) plus Grade Pay of Rs. 2800", the words and figures "Level in the pay matrix (Rs. 29200-92300/-)" shall be substituted;

(ii) Note 2 shall be omitted;

(II) under heading "Deputation",—

(i) in item (ii), for the words and figures "Pay Band-I (Rs. 5200-20200) and Grade Pay Rs. 2800/", the words and figures "Level-5 in the pay matrix ( Rs. 29200-92300/-)" shall be substituted;

(ii) Note 1 shall be omitted.
