नई दिल्ली, 27 जून, 2017
का.आ. 2023(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार ने रेल अधिनियम, 1989 (1989 का 24) (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 20क की उप-धारा (1) के अधीन जारी, भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii), तारीख 15 मार्च, 2017 में प्रकाशित, भारत सरकार के रेलवे मंत्रालय (रेलवे बोर्ड) की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 825(अ), तारीख 14 मार्च, 2017 द्वारा उक्त अधिसूचना से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट भूमि को, राजस्थान राज्य के जयपुर जिले में विशेष रेल परियोजना, अर्थात्, वेस्टर्न डेडीकेटेड फ्रेट कोरीडोर के निष्पादन, अनुरक्षण, प्रबंध और प्रचालन के प्रयोजन के लिए अर्जित करने के अपने आशय की घोषणा की थी ;
और, उक्त अधिसूचना का सार, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 20क की उप-धारा (4) के अधीन दैनिक स्थानीय समाचार पत्रों, अर्थात् ''दैनिक भास्कर'' तारीख 11 अप्रैल, 2017 और ''राजस्थान पत्रिका'' तारीख 11 अप्रैल, 2017 में प्रकाशित किया गया था ;
और, सक्षम प्राधिकारी को कोई आक्षेप प्राप्त नहीं हुए ;
और, सक्षम प्राधिकारी ने उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 20ङ की उप-धारा (1) के अनुसरण में केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपनी रिपोर्ट सौप दी है।
अतः, अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राधिकारी से रिपोर्ट प्राप्त होने पर और उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 20ङ की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती है कि इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट भूमि उपर्युक्त प्रयोजन के लिए अर्जित की जाएगी ;
और यह कि केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 20ङ की उप-धारा (2) के अनुसरण में यह घोषणा करती है कि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने पर इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट भूमि सभी विल्लंगमों से मुक्त होकर केन्द्रीय सरकार में आत्यंतिक रूप से निहित हो जाएगी।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 27th June, 2017
S.O. 2023(E).—Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Railways (Railway Board), number S.O. 825(E), dated the 14th March, 2017 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub–section (ii), dated the 15th March, 2017 and issued under sub-section (1) of section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the schedule annexure to the said notification for the purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of the Special Railway Project, namely, Western Dedicated Freight Corridor in the district of Jaipur in the State of Rajasthan;
And whereas, the substance of the said notification has been published in the daily local newspapers, namely, "Dainik Bhaskar" dated the 11th April, 2017 and "Rajasthan Patrika" dated the 11th April, 2017 under sub-section (4) of section 20A of the said Act;
And whereas, no objections were received by Competent Authority;
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of Section 20E of the said Act, the Competent Authority has submitted its report to the Central Government;
Now therefore, upon receipt of the report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose.
