सं. टीएएमपी/62/2016-के ओपीटी.—इस प्राधिकरण ने कोलकाता तथा हल्दिया के भूमि और भवनों के किराया सूची में संशोधन हेतु, कोलकाता पत्तन न्यास (एमओपीटी) से निपटान हेतु प्राप्त प्रस्ताव से संबंधित मामला सं. टीएएमपी/62/2016-के ओपीटी पर, दिनांक 29 मार्च, 2017 को एक आदेश पारित किया था। इस आदेश को भारत का राजपत्र, असाधारण के भाग-III खण्ड- 4 में राजपत्र संख्या 224 के माध्यम से 31 मई, 2017 को अधिसूचित किया गया था।

2. यह देखा गया कि दिनांक 31 मई, 2017 को के ओपीटी के भूमि और भवनों के किराया सूची में, हल्दिया के भूमि और भवनों के किराया सूची में त्रुटि हुई है। त्रुटि और दोष-सुधार विस्तृत रूप से निम्न दिया गया है।

No. TAMP/62/2016-KOPT.—This Authority had passed an Order dated 29 March, 2017 in case No.TAMP/62/2016-KOPT disposing of the proposal from the Kolkata Port Trust for revision of the Schedule of Rent for land and buildings at Kolkata and Haldia. This Order was notified in the Gazette of India Extraordinary (Part III, Section 4) on 31 May 2017 vide Gazette No. 224.

2. It has been noticed that some error has occurred in the Schedule of Rent for land and buildings of KOPT at Haldia notified on 31 May, 2017. The details of the error and the correction to be made are given below:
