सं. टीएएमपी/53/2015-वीओसीपीटी.—आदेश सं. टीएएमपी/53/2015-वीओसीपीटी दिनांक 26 नवंबर 2015 में आशोधन करते हुए इस प्राधिकरण द्वारा दिनांक 10 जून 2016 को, आदेश सं. टीएएमपी/53/2015-वीओसीपीटी जारी किया गया है। कथित आदेश भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग III, खंड 4 में, 21 जून, 2016 को राजपत्र सं. 262 पर अधिसूचित किया गया था।

2. उक्त राजपत्र अधिसूचना के हिंदी और अंग्रेजी पाठ में मुद्रण संबंधी कु छ त्रुटियां पाई गई हैं :

3. उपयु र्क्त के परिप्रे्य में राजपत्र अधिसूचना के अंग्रेजी और हिंदी पाठ में मुद्रण संबंधी निम्नलिखित त्रुटि सुधार किए जाते हैं:

(क). अधिसूचना का अंग्रेजी पाठ निम्न रूप से मुद्रित है:

महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963(1963 का 38) की धारा 48 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए महापत्तन प्रशुल्क प्राधिकरण एतद्द्वारा संलग्न आदेशानुसार इस प्राधिकरण द्वारा 26 नवंबर, 2015 को पारित आदेश सं.

टीएएमपी/53/2015-वीओसीपीटी में आगे और संशोधन करता है।

इसे इस प्रकार पढ़ा जाए:

महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 (1963 का 38) की धारा 48 में निहित शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए महापत्तन प्रशुल्क प्राधिकरण, एतद्द्वारा संलग्न आदेशानुसार इस प्राधिकरण द्वारा 26 नवम्बर, 2015 को पारित आदेश सं. टीएएमपी/ 53/2015-वीओसीपीटी में आगे और संशोधन करता है। 3986 GI/2017 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC. 4] (ख) अंग्रेजी और हिंदी पाठ में आदेश की तिथि : (मई, 2016 के 10वें दिन पारित)

TARIFF AUTHORITY FOR MAJOR PORTS

CORRIGENDUM

         No. TAMP/53/2015-VOCPT.—This Authority has passed an Order No. TAMP/53/2015-VOCPT dated 10
June 2016 amending the Order No.TAMP/53/2015-VOCPT dated 26 November 2015.  The said Order was notified in
the Gazette of India Extraordinary (Part III Section 4) on 21 June 2016 vide Gazette No. 262.
2.  Some printing errors have been observed in the English and Hindi Version of the said Gazette Notification.
3.  In view of the above, the following corrections are incorporated for rectifying the printing error in the English and
Hindi Version of the Gazette Notification:

(a). The English Version of the Notification printed as,

"In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 48 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Tariff Authority for Major Ports hereby extends the validity of the existing composite rate for on- board labour in lieu of levy and other charges to Cargo Handling Division in Kandla Port Trust as in the Order appended hereto."

Should read as follows:

"In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 48 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Tariff Authority for Major Ports hereby further amends the Order No.TAMP/53/2015-VOCPT dated 26 November 2015, as in the Order appended hereto".

(b). The date of Order in the English and Hindi Version printed as,
