lk-dk-fu- 656-¼v½&&केन्द्रीय सरकार, सीमा सुरक्षा बल अधिनियम, 1968 (1968 का 47) की धारा 141 की उपधारा (2) के खण्ड (ख) और (ग) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, सीमा सुरक्षा बल (इन्जीनियरी/विद्युत) समूह 'ख' पद भर्ती नियम, 2012 में संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्‌ :-

1. (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम सीमा सुरक्षा बल (इन्जीनियरी/विद्युत) समूह 'ख' पद भर्ती (संशोधन) नियम, 2017 हैै।

(2) ये राजपत्र मेें प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

2. सीमा सुरक्षा बल (इन्जीनियरी/विद्युत) समूह 'ख' पद भर्ती नियम, 2012 (इसके पश्चात इस नियम के तौर पर निर्दिष्ट), के नियम 2 के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित नियम रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्‌ः-

''2, पदों की संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर - उक्त पदों की संख्या, उनका वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर वह होगा जो इन नियमाें से उपाबद्व अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) से स्तंभ (4) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं।

3. उक्त नियमों की अनुसूची में,-

(क) कनिष्क इंजीनियर/निरीक्षक (विद्युत) पद से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 1 के सामने,-

(क) स्तंभ (4) में, स्तंभ शीर्षक के और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्‌ः

(़ख) स्तभं (11) में,-

(I) ''प्रोन्नति'' उप-शीर्षक के अधीन, टिप्पण 2 का लोप किया जाएगा;

(II) '' प्रतिनियुक्ति /आमेंलन'' उप-शीर्ष के अधीन, मद (iii) में, बैंड-2 (रू. 9300-34800) और ग्रेड वेतन रू. 4200'' शब्दों, अंको एवं अक्षरों के स्थान पर '' वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर-6 ( रू. 35400-112400/-)'' शब्द, अंक एवं अक्षर रखे जाएंगे;

(III) ''भूतपूर्व सैनिको के लिए'' उप-शीर्षक के अधीन, टिप्पण 1 का लोप किया जाएगा;

(ख) कनिष्क इंजीनियर/उप निरीक्षक ( विद्युत )पद से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 2 के सामने,-

(क) स्तंभ (4) में, विद्यमान प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी, अर्थात :

स्तर-6 (रू. 35400-112400/-)'',

(़ख) स्तभं (11) में,-

New Delhi, the 28th June, 2017

G.S.R. 656(E) --In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (b) and (c) of sub- section (2) of section 141 of the Border Security Force Act, 1968 (47 of 1968), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Border Security Force (Engineering/Electrical) Group 'B' posts, Recruitment Rules, 2012, namely :-

1. (1) These rules may be called the Border Security Force (Engineering/Electrical) Group 'B' posts, Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2017.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Border Security Force (Engineering/Electrical) Group 'B' posts, Recruitment Rules, 2012, (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), for rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-

"2. Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix.- The number of posts, their classification and the level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in column (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules."

3. In the said rules, in the Schedule,-

(a) against serial number 1 relating to the post of Junior Engineer/ Inspector (Electrical),-

(A) in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following

shall be substituted, namely:-

(B) in column (11),-

(I) under sub-heading "Promotion", Note 2 shall be omitted;

(II) under sub-heading "Deputation/ absorption", in item (iii), the words, figures and letters "Pay Band-2 (Rs. 9300-34800) and Grade Pay of Rs.4200", the words, figures and letters "level-6 in the pay matrix (Rs. 35400-112400/-)" shall be substituted;

(III) under sub-heading "For Ex-servicemen", Note 1 shall be omitted;

(b) against serial number 2 relating to the post of Junior Engineer/Sub-Inspector (Electrical),-

(A) in column (4), for the existing entry, following entry shall be substituted, namely :-

"Level-6 (Rs. 35400-112400)";

(B) in column (11),-

(I) under sub-heading "Promotion", Note 2 shall be omitted;

(II) under sub-heading "Deputation/absorption", in item (2), for the words, figures and letters "Pay Band -1 (Rs. 5200-20200) and grade pay of Rs. 2800/-", the words , figures and letters "Level-5 in the pay matrix (Rs. 29200-92300/-)" shall be substituted.

(III) under heading " For Ex-servicemen", Note 1 shall be omitted.
