THE ANDAMAN AND NICOBAR ISLANDS (MUNICIPAL) AMENDMENT REGULATION, 2017
NO. 5 OF 2017
Promulgated by the President in the Sixty-eighth Year of the Republic of India.
A Regulation further to amend the Andaman and Nicobar Islands (Municipal) Regulation, 1994.
In exercise of the powers conferred by article 240 of the Constitution, the President is pleased to promulgate the following Regulations made by him:—
1. (1) This Regulation may be called the Andaman and Nicobar Islands (Municipal) Short title and commencement.

2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY [PART II— SEC. 1]2. In the Andaman and Nicobar Islands (Municipal) Regulation, 1994, in section 80, in Amendment of section 80.
sub-section (1),—
(a) clause (e) shall be omitted; and
(b) clause (j) shall be omitted.
