का.आ. 2036(अ).—जबकि भारतीय चिकित्सा कें (cid:7076)ीय परिषद् (निर्वाचन) नियमावली, 1975 के नियम 23 के साथ पठित भारतीय चिकित्सा कें (cid:7076)ीय परिषद् अधिनियम, 1970 (1970 का 48) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) के खंड (ख) के अनुसरण में, लखनऊ विश्वविद्यालय यूनानी चिकित्सा प(cid:7373)ति, लखनऊ, उत् तर प्रदेश से एक सदस्य को, उक्त वि(cid:7393)विद्यालय के यूनानी संकाय के सदस्यों द्वारा अपने बीच से निर्वाचित किया गया है और यह सदस्यता तब तक वैध रहेगी जब तक वह उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 7 की उप धारा (2) के प्रावधान के अनुसार यूनानी संकाय का सदस्य रहेगा।

अतएव, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कें (cid:7076) सरकार अब भारत के राजपत्र असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) में प्रकाशित स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय में भारत सरकार के दिनांक 21 अगस्त, 1971 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 3259 में निम्नांकित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:—

उक्त अधिसूचना में, सारणी में, "धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) के खंड (ख) के तहत निर्वाचित" शीर्षक के अंतर्गत कॉलम (2), (3) और (4) में लखनऊ "विश्वविद्यालय, लखनऊ, उत्तर प्रदेश" से संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात् :—

[फा. सं. ए.-11019/15/15-ईसी/सीसीआईएम विश् वविद्यालय निर्वाचन]प्रमोद कु मार पाठक, संयुक्त सचिव 4000 GI/2017 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] टिप्पण: मूल अधिसूचना को भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) में संख्या का.आ. 3259, दिनांक 21 अगस्त, 1971 द्वारा प्रकाशित किया गया था और अंतिम संशोधन संख्या का.आ. 1442(अ), दिनांक 25 अप्रैल, 2017 द्वारा किया गया था।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 27th June, 2017

S.O. 2036(E).—Whereas in pursuance of clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970) read with rule 23 of the Indian Medicine Central Council (Election) Rules, 1975, one member from the Unani System of medicine for Lucknow University, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh has been elected amongst themselves by the members of Unani faculty of the said University and the membership shall be valid till he ceases to be a member of the Faculty of Unani as per provision of sub-section (2) of section 7 of the said Act.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare vide number S.O. 3259, dated the 21st August, 1971 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) , namely:—

In the said notification, under the heading "Elected under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 3", in the Table, in column (2), (3) and (4) for the entries relating to "Lucknow University, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh", the following entries shall be substituted, namely:—
