विषय:- प्रक्रिया पुस्तक (2015-20) के पैरा 2.07 (ख) में संशोधन के संबंध में। फा. सं. 01/93/180/07 /एएम-18 /पीसी-2(ख).— विदेश व्यापार नीति 2015-2020 के पैराग्राफ 2.04 के तहत प्रदत शाक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए महानिदेशक, विदेश व्यापार एतद्द्वारा पैरा 2.07(ख) (प्रक्रिया पुस्तक)-आईईसी संख्या से छूट प्राप्त श्रेणियां को निम्नानुसार संशोधित करते हैंः
आयात/निर्यात प्रयोजनों के लिए गैर-वाणिज्यिक पीएसयू और आयातकों/निर्यातकों की श्रेणियों द्वारा उनके नाम के सामने उल्लिखित निम्नलिखित स्थायी आईईसी संख्याओं का उपयोग किया जाएगाः-

2. सार्वजनिक सूचना का प्रभावः दिनांक 1.7.2017 से लागू होने वाली स्थायी आईईसी संख्या को उपर्युक्त के अनुसार संशोधित किया गया है।

Subject:- Modification in para 2.07 (b) of Handbook of Procedure (2015-20) -regd.
F. No. 01/93/180/07/AM-18/PC-2 (B).— In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby modifies para 2.07 (b) (Handbook of Procedure) – IEC Number Exempted Categories as under:—
Following permanent IEC numbers shall be used by non – commercial PSUs and categories or importers / exporters mentioned against them for import / export purposes:

2. Effect of Public Notice: The Permanent IEC numbers to be effective from 1.7.2017 have been revised as above to migrate to alpha-numeric format.
