आ.अ. 43(अ).—राष्ट्रपतीय और उप-राष्ट्रपतीय निर्वाचन अधिनियम, 1952 (1952 का 31) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए दिनांक 12 जून, 2017 की अधिसूचना संख्या 479/पत्र/ईसीआई/ प्रकार्या./रा.नि.-द्वि./2017(iii) और दिनांक 14 जून, 2017 की अधिसूचना संख्या 479/2017(3) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किए जाएंगे, अर्थात्:—
1. दिनांक 12 जून, 2017 की अधिसूचना संख्या 479/पत्र/ईसीआई/प्रकार्या./रा.नि.-द्वि./2017(iii) के साथ संल(cid:7336) सारणी में-
'सहायक रिटनि(cid:7304)ग अधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त अधिकारी' शीर्ष के अंतर्गत
(i) कॉलम संख्या 3 में (cid:7059)म संख्या 1 पर, (cid:7059)म संख्या 1 आं(cid:7077) प्रदेश के सामने (cid:7088)ी के . सत्यनारायण रॉव के नाम के प(cid:7391)ात् "राज्य विधान मंडल के प्रभारी सचिव" की विद्यमान प्रविष्टि को "राज्य विधान मंडल के उप सचिव" के रूप मे पढ़ा जाएगा, और
2. 'पीठासीन अधिकारी' शीर्ष के अंतर्गत दिनांक 14 जून, 2017 की अधिसूचना संख्या 479/2017(3) के साथ संल(cid:7336) सारणी में—
(i) दूसरी पंक्ति में, कॉलम 1 में विद्यमान प्रविष्टि (cid:7088)ी के . सत्यनारायण रॉव के नाम के बाद "राज्य विधान मंडल के प्रभारी सचिव" को "राज्य विधान मंडल के उप सचिव" के रूप में पढ़ा जाएगा।

New Delhi, the 30th June, 2017
O.N. 43(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-sections (1) of Section 3 of the Presidential and Vice-Presidential Elections Act, 1952 (31 of 1952), the following amendment shall be made in the Notification Nos. 479/LET/ECI/FUNC/P.E.-BIEN/2017(iii) dated 12th June, 2017 and 479/2017 (3) dated 14th June, 2017, namely:—
1. In the Table appended to the Notification No. 479/LET/ECI/FUNC/P.E.-BIEN/ 2017(iii) dated 12th June, 2017—
Under the heading 'Officers appointed as Assistant Returning Officer'
(i) Against Sl. No. 1-Andhra Pradesh, at Sl. No. 1 in column 3, after the name of Shri K. Satyanarayana Rao, the existing entries "In-charge Secretary to State Legislature" shall be read as "Deputy Secretary to State Legislature" and
2. In the Table appended to the Notification No. 479/2017 (3) dated 14th June, 2017—
Under the heading 'Presiding Officer'
(i) In second row, after the name of Shri K. Satyanarayana Rao, the existing entries in column 1, "In-charge Secretary to State Legislature" shall be read as "Deputy Secretary to State Legislature".
