(अ).—कें (cid:7076)ीय सरकार, रेलवे(अमेण्डमेंट) अधिनियम, 2008 की धारा 2 के खण्ड (37 क) (cid:7373)ारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से, रामपुरहाट- मुरारई तीसरी लाइन परियोजना को भूमि अधि(cid:7061)हण के हेतु बीरभूम जिला में लोक प्रयोजन के लिए राष्ट्रीय अवसंरचना उपबंधित कराने हेतु, प(िcid:7391)म बंगाल राज्य में विशेष रेल परियोजना के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 27th June, 2017
S.O. 2066(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (37A) of Section 2 of the Railways (Amendment) Act, 2008 the Central Government hereby notifies Rampurhat- Murarai 3rd line project as a Special Railway Project for acquisition of land in Birbhum district in the State of West Bengal, for providing national infrastructure for a public purpose with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
