ककककाााा....आआआआ.... 2067(अ2067(अ2067(अ2067(अ)))).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का 28) की धारा 31 की उप-धारा (5) के साथ पठित उप-धारा (1) द्‌वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय, वाणिज्य विभाग के दिनांक 27 फरवरी, 2009 के का.आ. 575(अ) की अधिसूचना में एतद्‌्‌द्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं, अर्थात्‌ः

उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम सं. 5 एवं 6 में अंकित प्रविष्टि यथा

को निम्नलिखित से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगाः-

S.O. 2067(E).—The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (5) of Section 31 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O. 575(E), dated 27th February, 2009, namely:
