का.आ. 2107(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, रा(cid:231)ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्राालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 2339(अ), तारीख 09 जुलाई, 2016 जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II , खण्ड 3, उप-खण्ड (ii) में तारीख 09 जुलाई, 2016 को प्रकाशित की गई थी, में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात ः-

उक्त अधिसूचना के अंग्रेज़ी सं(cid:232)करण की प्रस्तावना में, "Addl. Deputy Commissioner, L.A. Nagaon" शब्दों और अक्षरों के स्थान पर "Addl. Deputy Commissioner & in-charge Land Acquisition Branch, Nagaon District" शब्द और अक्षर रखे जाएंगे।

उक्त अधिसूचना के हि(cid:219)दी सं(cid:232)करण की प्रस्तावना में, "सक्षम प्राधिकारी सह अतिरिक्त उप-आयुक्त (भूमि अधिग्रहण), सिवसागर" शब्दों और अक्षरों के स्थान पर "अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त प्रभारी", भूमि अधिग्रहण शाखा, नगांव ज़िला" शब्द और अक्षर रखे जाएंगे।

पाद टिप्पणीः मूल अधिसूचना का.आ. 2339 (अ), तारीख 09 जुलाई, 2016, द्वारा भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II , खण्ड 3, उप-खण्ड (ii) में तारीख 09 जुलाई, 2016 को प्रकाशित की गई थी।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 4th July, 2017 S.O. 2107(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the 4141 GI/2017 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 2339(E), dated the 09th July, 2016, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 9th July, 2016, namely:—

In the english version of the preamble to the said notification, for the words and letters "Addl. Deputy Commissioner, L.A. Nagaon", words and letters, "Addl. Deputy Commissioner & in-charge Land Acquisition Branch, Nagaon District" shall be substituted. In the Hindi version of the preamble to the said notification, for the words and letters "सक्षम प्राधिकारी सह अतिरिक्त उप- आयुक्त (भूमि अधिग्रहण), सिवसागर", words and letters, "अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त प्रभारी, भूमि अधिग्रहण शाखा, नगांव ज़िला" shall be substituted.
