का. आ. 2095(अ). के न्(cid:7076)ीय सरकार राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खंड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए इस अधिसूचना के शासकीय राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से आं(cid:7077) प्रदेश राज्य में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग सं.-544ई के किमी 0/000 से किमी 57/700 तक के निर्माण (चौड़ीकरण/4-लेन का बनाना, आदि), अनुरक्षण, प्रबंधन एवं प्रचालन के लिए नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा-विनि(cid:7416)र्दष्ट भूमि के खंड के संबंध में उक्त अधिनियम के अंतर्गत संयुक्त कलेक्टर, अनंतापुरामू को सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में कार्य निष्पादन के लिए एत(cid:7375)ारा प्राधिकृ त करती है ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 30th June, 2017

S.O. 2095(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes Joint Collector, Ananthapuramu as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from Km. 0/000 to Km. 57/700 of the National Highway No.544E for building (widening / four-laning, etc,) maintenance, management and operation in the State of Andhra Pradesh as specified in the Schedule given below:

SCHEDULE Acquisition of land in respect of National Highway No.544E on the stretch from Km. 0/000 to Km. 57/700 in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
