और बि(cid:7408)क, के (cid:7008)(cid:7076)ीय सरकार को यह उनचत (cid:7079)तीत होता है (cid:7408)क इस दुघ(cid:6981)टना के कारण और अंदायी कारक(cid:7298) का अ(cid:7008र्)ेषण और ननधा(cid:6981)रण (cid:7408)कया ािना, और भर्न(cid:7020)य म(cid:7286) ऐसी दुघ(cid:6981)टना क(cid:7409) पुनर्राृनत से बचने के नलए नसा(cid:7407)र(cid:7286) करना समीचीन है।
अब,र् ायुयान (दुघ(cid:6981)टना(cid:7312) र्एं घटना(cid:7312) का अ(cid:7008र्)ेषण) ननयर्माली, 2012 के ननयम 11 (1) (cid:7367)ारा (cid:7079)द(cid:7004)त न(cid:7334)य(cid:7298) का (cid:7079)योग करते (cid:7263)ए, के (cid:7008)(cid:7076)ीय सरकार एतद् (cid:7367)ारा इस दुघ(cid:6981)टना क(cid:7409) औपचा(cid:7407)रक ािंच का ननदे देती है।
तदनुसार, के (cid:7008)(cid:7076)ीय सरकार (cid:7088)ी आर. एस. पासी, नड(cid:7009)टी ननदेक, एएआईबी, क(cid:7409) अ(cid:7007)य(cid:6979)ता म(cid:7286) नन(cid:7388)नलनखत सद(cid:7021)य(cid:7298) को ानमल कर ािंच सनमनत ननयु(cid:6989)त करती है:-
(i) (cid:7088)ी के रामचं(cid:7076)न, र्नमान सुर(cid:6979)ा अनधकारी, एएआईबी सद(cid:7021)य के (cid:7272)प म(cid:7286)
(ii) कै (cid:7009)टन पी. के . छ(cid:7081)ी, एएआईबी पूल ऑफ़ ए(cid:6989)सप(cid:6999)स(cid:6981), सद(cid:7021)य के (cid:7272)प म(cid:7286)
सनमनत, बि भी अपेन(cid:6979)त होगा, अ(cid:7008)य र्नेष(cid:6980)(cid:7298)/ए(िcid:7286)नसय(cid:7298) क(cid:7409) सहायता भी लेगी।
सनमनत का मु(cid:6990)यालय नई (cid:7408)द(cid:7016)ली म(cid:7286) होगा।
सनमनत अनधमानतः छह महीने के भीतर इसक(cid:7409) ािंच पूरी करके अपनी (cid:7407)रपोट(cid:6981) के (cid:7008)(cid:7076)ीय सरकार को (cid:7079)(cid:7021)तुत करेगी।

स(cid:7004)य(cid:7286)(cid:7076) कु मार नम(cid:7088)ा, संयु(cid:6989)त सनर्च 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF CIVIL AVIATION NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 4th July, 2017
S.O. 2171 (E).—Whereas an M/s Krestal Aviation Pvt Ltd. Augusta A119 helicopter VT-NRK, was involved in an accident at Badrinath on 10.06.2017.
And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that it is expedient to investigate and determine the causes and contributory factors leading to the said accident and make recommendations to avoid recurrence of such accidents in future.
Now, in the exercise of the powers conferred by the Rule 11(1) of the Aircraft (Investigation of Accidents and Incidents) Rules, 2012, the Central Government hereby directs that a formal inquiry in the accident be made.
Accordingly, the Central Government hereby appoints a Committee of Inquiry headed by Sh. R. S. Passi, Deputy Director, AAIB with following members:
(i) Sh. K. Ramachandran, Air Safety Officer, AAIB as member
(ii) Capt. P. K. Chabri, AAIB Pool of Experts as member
The committee will also take the assistance of other experts/agencies whenever required.
The headquarters of the Committee will be at New Delhi.
The Committee will complete its inquiry and submit its report to the Central Government preferably within six months.
