सा.का.नि.866(अ).—चू ंकि कें (cid:7076) सरकार ने कें (cid:7076)ीय रोजगार गारंटी परिषद को महात्मा गांधी राष्ट्रीय (cid:7061)ामीण रोजगार गारंटी अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का अधिनियम संख्या 42) और इसके प्रावधानों के अनुसार स(cid:7301)पे गए कृ त्यों और दायित्वों के निर्वहन के लिए कें (cid:7076)ीय रोजगार गारंटी परिषद का गठन (cid:7061)ामीण विकास मंत्रालय में भारत सरकार की दिनांक 22 सितम्बर, 2006 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ.1604(अ) द्वारा किया था;

और चू ंकि उक्त अधिसूचना तथा पश्चावर्ती अधिसूचना संख्या सा.का.नि. 762 (अ), तारीख 5 दिसम् बर, 2007, अधिसूचना संख्या सा.का.नि. 787 (अ), तारीख 24 दिसम्बर, 2007, अधिसूचना संख्या सा.का.नि. 162 (अ) दिनांक 12 मार्च, 2009, अधिसूचना संख्या सा.का.नि. 699 (अ), दिनांक 24 सितम्बर, 2009, अधिसूचना संख्या सा.का.नि. 469 (अ), दिनांक 20 जून, 2011 और दिनांक 5 फरवरी, 2016 की अधिसूचना संख्या सा.का.नि. 145 (अ) द्वारा नामित सदस् यों का कार्यकाल समाप्त हो गया है; अत: कें (cid:7076) सरकार ने उक्त महात्मा गांधी राष्ट्रीय (cid:7061)ामीण रोजगार गारंटी अधिनियम, 2005 की धारा 10 की उपधारा (3) के अधीन नये सदस्यों को अधिसूचना संख्या सा.का.नि. 627 (अ) दिनांक 21 जून, 2017 द्वारा एक वर्ष की अवधि अर्थात 20 जून, 2018 के लिए नामनि(cid:7416)र्दष्ट किया गया है;

अब, महात्मा गांधी राष्ट्रीय (cid:7061)ामीण रोजगार गारंटी (कें (cid:7076)ीय परिषद) नियम, 2006 के नियम संख्या 3 और4 के साथ पठित उक्त महात्मा गांधी राष्ट्रीय (cid:7061)ामीण रोजगार गारंटी अधिनियम, 2005 की धारा 10 की उपधारा (1) और (3) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए कें (cid:7076) सरकार उक्त महात्मा गांधी राष्ट्रीय (cid:7061)ामीण 4295 GI/2017 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] रोजगार गारंटी अधिनियम, 2005 की धारा 10 की उपधारा (3) के अधीन निम्नलिखित सदस्यों को भी नामनि(cid:7416)र्दष्ट करती है, अर्थात:-

(ख) अधिनियम की धारा 10 (3)(घ) के अधीन पंचायती राज संस्थाओं, कामगार संगठनों और वंचित समूहों से गैर

सरकारी सदस्य :

1.	᮰ीमती स्वीटी कु मारी, ब्लॉक प्रमुख, मनेर, जिला पटना , बिहार	सदस् य
2.	᮰ीमती सोभा स्वाति रानी, जिला परिषद प्रमुख, जिला परिषद विजीनगरम, (आंᮥा प्रदेश)	सदस् य

उपयु र्क्त सदस्यों की पदावधि राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से एक वर्ष की अवधि के

लिए होगी। नियुक्ति के अन्य निबंधन और शर्त राष्ट्रीय रोजगार गारंटी (के न्(cid:7076)ीय परिषद) नियम, 2006 द्वारा

विनियमित होंगी।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 12th July, 2017

G.S.R. 866(E).—Whereas by a notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Rural Development number S.O. 1604(E), dated the 22nd September, 2006, the central Government constituted the Central Employment Guarantee Council to discharge the functions and perform duties assigned to it by or under the provisions of the National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, 2005 (42 of 2005);

And whereas, the term of office of the members nominated vide said notifications and subsequent Notifications Number G.S.R.762 (E), dated 5th December, 2007, G.S.R 787 (E), dated 24th December, 2007, G.S.R. 162 (E), dated 12th March, 2009, G.S.R. 699 (E) dated 24th September, 2009, G.S.R.469 (E) dated 20th June, 2011 and G.S.R. 145 (E) dated 5th February, 2016 has been expired. Therefore, the Central Government nominated new members on the Council under sub-section (3) of section 10 of the said Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, 2005 vide notification Number 627(E), dated 21st June, 2017 for a period of one year i.e. upto 20th June, 2018.

Now, in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-sections (1) and (3) of Section 10 of the said Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, 2005 read with rules 3 and 4 of the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee(Central Council) Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby also nominates the following members on the Council under sub-section (3) of section 10 of the said Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, 2005, namely:-

(B) Non official members from Panchayati Raj Institutions, organizations of workers and disadvantaged

groups under sections 10 (3) (d) of the Act.

1.	Smt. Sweety Kumari, President Panchayat Samiti, Maner , District-Patna (Bihar)	M ember
2.	Smt. Sobha Swathi Rani Chairman, Zilla Panchayat, Vizinagaram, (Andhra Pradesh)	M ember

The term of the office of the above mentioned members shall be for a period of one year from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette. The other terms and conditions of appointment shall be regulated by the Mahatma Gandhi National Employment Guarantee (Central Council) Rules, 2006
