का.आ. 2211(अ).—के न्(cid:7076)ीय सरकार, खान और खनिज (विकास और विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1957 (1957 का 67) की धारा 26 की उपधारा (1) के खंड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के कोयला मंत्रालय के अधिसूचना सं. का.आ.2155(अ), तारीख 21 सितंबर, 2011 द्वारा प्रकाशित आदेश में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:--
उक्त आदेश में ''सलाहकार (पी) कोयला.............सदस् य'' से संबंधित प्रविष्टि के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित अंत:स्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:--
''पर्यावरण, वन और जलवायु परिवर्तन मंत्रालय, नई दिल्ली से एक प्रतिनिधि, जो संयुक्त सचिव, भारत सरकार की पंक्ति से नीचे का न हो............... सदस् य''
''खान सुरक्षा महानिदेशालय, डीजीएमएस, धनबाद, झारखंड से एक प्रतिनिधि, जो संयुक्त सचिव, भारत सरकार की पंक्ति से नीचे का न हो..................सदस् य''

टिप्पण : मूल आदेश भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उपखंड (ii) में सं. का.आ. 2155(अ), तारीख 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] का.आ. 942(अ), तारीख 11 अप्रैल, 2013, का.आ.2770(अ), तारीख 28 अक् तूबर, 2014 और का.आ. 921ए(अ) तारीख 12 मार्च, 2015 द्वारा संशोधन किए गए ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 13th July, 2017
S.O. 2211(E).––In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 26 of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments further to amend the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Coal published vide notification number S.O. 2155(E), dated the 21st September, 2011 namely:––
In the said order, after the entry relating to "Adviser (Projects), Ministry of Coal………………………Member" the following shall be inserted, namely :-
"A representative from the Ministry of Environment , Forest and Climate Change, New Delhi, not below the rank of Joint Secretary to the Government of India……………………....Member"
"A representative from the Directorate General of Mines Safety, DGMS, Dhanbad, Jharkhand, not below the rank of Joint Secretary to the Government of India……..………………....Member"

Note : The principal Order was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II Section 3, sub-section (ii) vide number S.O 2155 (E), dated the 21st September, 2011 and amended subsequently vide number S.O. 784 (E), dated the 20th March, 2013, S.O. 942 (E) dated the 11th April, 2013, S.O 2770 (E), dated the 28th October, 2014 and S.O. 921A(E), dated the 12th March, 2015.
