का.आ. 2214(अ).—यत:, मै. सुजलॉन इंन्(cid:7080)ास्ट्रक्चर लिमिटेड जो तमिलनाडु राज्य में एक निजी संगठन है, ने तमिलनाडु राज्य के कि(cid:7349)मपलायम तथा करूमथमप(cid:7349)ी (cid:7061)ाम, पल्लादम तालुक, कोयम्बटूर जिले में हाईटेक इंजीनियरी के लिए एक विशेष आर्थिक जोन की स्थापना हेतु विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का 28) (जिसे एतद्प(cid:7391)ात उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है ) की धारा 3 के अंतर्गत प्रस्ताव किया था;

और यत:, के न्(cid:7076) सरकार ने विशेष आर्थिक जोन नियम 2006 के नियम 8 के साथ पठित उक्त आधिनियम की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए निम्नलिखित क्षेत्रों को विशेष आर्थिक जोन के रूप में अधिसूचित एवं अनधिसूचित किया जिनका विवरण इस प्रकार है;

(1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] और यत;, के न्(cid:7076) सरकार नें पत्र दिनांक 7 सितबंर 2009 द्वारा मैं. सुजलॉन इं(cid:7080)ास्ट्रक्चर लिमिटेड का नाम मैं. सिने(cid:7080)ा इंजीनियरिग एवं कं स्ट्रक्शन लिमिटेड में परिवर्तित किया;

और यत;, के न्(cid:7076) सरकार नें पत्र दिनांक 12 अगस्त 2014 द्वारा मैं. सिने(cid:7080)ा इंजीनियरिग एवं कं स्ट्रक्शन लिमिटेड का नाम मैं. एस्पेन इं(cid:7080)ास्ट्रक्चरस लिमिटेड में परिवर्तित किया;

और यत;, मैं. एस्पेन इं(cid:7080)ास्ट्रक्चरस लिमिटेड एसईजेड ने अब उक्त विशेष आर्थिक जोन के 2.2338 हेक्टेयर के क्षेत्र को अनधिसूचित करने का प्रस्ताव किया है;

और यत;, तमिलनाडु सरकार ने उनके दिनांक 18 मई, 2017 के पत्र सं. 8333/एम.आई. ई-2/2016-5, के तहत प्रस्ताव को अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्र दे दिया है;

और यत;, विकास आयुक्त, मेप्स विशेष आर्थिक जोन ने विशेष आर्थिक जोन के 2.2338 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र को अनधिसूचित करने के प्रस्ताव को संस्तुति की है;

और यत:, के न्(cid:7076) सरकार, इस बात से संतुष्ट है कि अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (8) के अंतर्गत अपेक्षाओं तथा अन्य संम्बधित अपेक्षाओं को पूरा कर लिया गया है;

अत:, अब विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) के दूसरे परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और विशेष आर्थिक जोन नियमावली, 2006 के नियम 8 के अनुसरण में के न्(cid:7076) सरकार एतद्व्दारा 2.2338 हेक्टेयर के क्षेत्र को उक्त विशेष आर्थिक जोन के भाग में से अनधिसूचित करती है, जिसके परिमाणत: कु ल क्षेत्र 84.4767 हेक्टेयर हो जाएगा जिसमें निम्नलिखित तालिका में उल्लिखित सव(cid:7287)क्षण संख्याएं और क्षेत्र शामिल है, अर्थात:-

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 7th July, 2017

S.O. 2214(E).—Whereas, M/s. Suzlon Infrastructure Limited, a private organization in the State of Tamil Nadu, had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for High Tech Engineering sector at Kittampalayam and Karumathampatti Village, Palladam Taluk, Coimbatore District in the State of Tamil Nadu;

AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, had notified and de- notified the following areas at above Special Economic Zone as per the details given below :—

And, Whereas, The Central Government, Further Approved The Request Of Change Of Name From M/S. Suzlon Infrastructure Limited To M/S. Synefra Engineering And Construction Ltd Vide Letter Dated 7th September, 2009;

And, Whereas, The Central Government, Also Approved The Request Of Change Of Name From M/S. Synefra Engineering And Construction Ltd To M/S Aspen Infrastructures Ltd Vide Letter Dated 12th August, 2014;

And, Whereas, M/S Aspen Infrastructures Ltd SEZ Has Now Proposed For De-Notification Of 2.2338 Hectares At The Above Special Economic Zone;

And, Whereas, The State Government Of Tamil Nadu Has Given Its Approval To The Proposal Vide Letter No. 8333/MIE.2/2016-5, Dated 18th May, 2017;

And, Whereas, the Development Commissioner, MEPZ Special Economic Zone has recommended the proposal for de-notification of an area of 2.2338 hectares of the Special Economic Zone;

Now, Whereas, the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of section 3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled;

Now, Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby de-notifies an area of 2.2338 hectares, thereby making resultant area as 84.4767 hectares, comprising the survey numbers and the area given below in the table, namely:—
