का. आ. 2837(अ).— कें (cid:7076)ीय सरकार, कं पनी अधिनियम, 2013 (2013 का 18) की धारा 408 द्वारा प्रदत् त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए (cid:7088)ी भास्कर पंतुला मोहन को राष्ट्रीय कं पनी विधि अधिकरण के न्यायिक सदस्य के रूप में, वेतनमान 67000-79000/- रुपए (पूर्व पुनरीक्षित) में, तारीख 27 जुलाई, 2017 से पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिए या पैंसठ वर्ष की आयु पूरी करने तक, जो भी पूर्वत्तर हो, नियुक्त करती है ।

New Delhi, the 31st August, 2017
S.O. 2837(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 408 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Bhaskara Pantula Mohan as Judicial Member in the National Company Law Tribunal in the pay scale of Rs. 67000-79000/- (pre-revised) with effect from the 27th July, 2017 for a period of five years or till he attains the age of sixty-five years, whichever is earlier.
