का.आ. 3054 (अ) के तहत अनधसूनचत (cid:7408)कया ा;
और बि(cid:7408)क, (cid:7088)ी एम. नारास(cid:7009)पा को आबं(cid:7407)टत (cid:7408)कए गए काय(cid:6981) क(cid:7409) समी(cid:6979)ा करने के प(cid:7019)चात्, (cid:7088)ी एम. नारास(cid:7009)पा क(cid:7409) ननयुन(cid:6989)त को ािरी न रखने का ननण(cid:6981)य नलया गया है;
अत: अब के (cid:7008)(cid:7076) सरकार, र्नेष लोक अनभयोकि के (cid:7272)प म(cid:7286) (cid:7088)ी एम. नारास(cid:7009)पा, अनर्ध(cid:6989)ता क(cid:7409) ननयुन(cid:7334) को त(cid:7004)काल (cid:7079)र्भा से समा(cid:7009)त करती है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 31st August, 2017
S.O.2834(E).—Whereas, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 15 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (34 of 2008), read with sub-section (8) of section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974) had notified the appointment of Shri M. Narasappa, Advocate as Special Public Prosecutor for conducting the cases instituted by the National Investigation Agency in the trial courts, appeals, revisions or other matters arising out of the case in revisional or appellate courts established by law in the territory of the State of Karnataka vide Ministry of Home Affairs' notification No. S.O. 3054 (E) dated the 8th October, 2013;
And whereas, after review of the work allocated to Shri M. Narasappa, it has been decided that the appointment of Shri M. Narasappa may not be continued;
Now, therefore, the Central Government terminates the appointment of Shri M. Narasappa, Advocate as Special Public prosecutor with NIA with immediate effect.

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 31st August, 2017
S.O.2835(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 15 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (34 of 2008), read with sub-section (8) of section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Akhileshwar Prasad Singh as Special Public Prosecutor (SPP) for conducting the cases on behalf of the National Investigation Agency before any trial court or appellate court or revisional court established by law in the territory of the State of Bihar for three years with effect from the date of publication of this notification.
