का.आ. 2861(अ).—के न्(cid:7076)ीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत् त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, एत(cid:7375)ारा निदेश देती है कि इसके साथ संलग्न तालिका के कॉलम (2) में वर्णित प्रत्येक राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग से संबंधित काय(cid:7300) का निष्पादन करने के संबंध में प्रत्येक राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के सामने तालिका के कॉलम (3) में विनिर्धारित कार्य इस शर्त के अध्यधीन राज्य सरकारों द्वारा पूरे किए जाएंगे कि संबंधित राज्य सरकार उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन वतर्मान में लागू नियमों का अनुपालन करने के लिए ऐसे काय(cid:7300) को करने के लिए बाध्य होंगी और उस प्रयोजनार्थ भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन पोत परिवहन, सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय (सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग), की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1096 (अ), दिनांकित 4 अगस्त, 2005 में एत(cid:7375)ारा निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, नामत:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, (cid:7059)म सं. 34 के लिए तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां अंत:स्थापित की जाएंगी, नामत:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 01st September, 2017
S.O. 2861(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby directs that the functions in relation to the execution of works pertaining to each of the National Highways described in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed shall be exercisable by the State Government specified in column (3) of the Table against each highway subject to the condition that the State Government concerned shall in the exercise of such functions by bound to comply with the rules for the time being in force under the said Act and for that purpose makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways) number S.O.1096(E), dated the 4th August, 2005, namely:-
In the Schedule to said notification, after serial number 34 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and the entries relating thereto shall be added, namely: -

का.आ. 2862(अ).—-के न्(cid:7076)ीय सरकार, भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 1988 (1988 का 68) की धारा 11 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग सं. 161एए (तेलंगाना राज्य में सांगारे(cid:7355)ी के निकट रारा सं. 161एए के साथ अपने जंक्शन से प्रारंभ होकर नरसापुर, टूपरजन, गजवेल, प्रग्नापुर, जगदेवपुर, भोंगिर को जोड़ते हुए और चौटुप्पल के निकट रारा-65 के साथ अपने जंक्शन पर समाप्त होने वाला राजमार्ग) को एत(cid:7375)ारा भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण को स(cid:7301)पती है ।

S.O. 2862(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the National Highways Authority of India Act, 1988 (68 of 1988), the Central Government hereby entrusts National Highways No. 161AA (the highway starting from its junction with NH No. 161AA near Sangareddy and connecting Narsapur, Tooprtan, Gajwel, Pragnapur, Jagdevpur, Bhongir and terminating at its junction with NH-65 near Choutuppal in the State of Telangana) to the National Highways Authority of India, namely:-
