का.आ. 2866(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार, भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 1988 (1988 का 68) की धारा 11 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 581(अ), दिनांकित 21 जून, 2001 में एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:—

S.O. 2866 (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the National Highways Authority of India Act, 1988 (68 of 1988), the Central Government hereby makes the further amendment in the notification of Government of India in Ministry of Road Transport & Highways number S.O. 581(E), dated 21st June, 2001, namely:—

In the Table to the said notification for the following entries, under columns number (1), (2) and (3) respectively:—

का.नि.आ. 1180, दिनांकित 4 अप्रैल, 1957 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी और इसे अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 689(अ),

दिनांकित 4 अप्रैल, 2011 द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया गया था और पिछली बार संशोधन अधिसूचना संख्या 2572, दिनांकित 11 अगस्त, 2017 द्वारा किया गया था ।

In the Schedule, for serial number 1 and entries relating thereto, the folllowing shall be substituted namely:—
