सा.का.िन. सा.का.िन. सा.का.िन. सा.का.िन. 1325132513251325(अ(अ(अ(अ).).).).————कें (cid:15)ीय सरकार, खान और खिनज (िवकास और िविनयमन) अिधिनयम, 1957 (1957 का 67) की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) के दूसरे परंतुक के अनुसरण में, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) के दूसरे परंतुक के प्रयोजनों के लिए मैसर्स ओडिसा माइनिंग कॉरपोरेशन िलिमटेड और मैसर्स प2िम बंगाल मिनरल डेवलपमेंट एंड ट्रेडिंग कॉप7रेशन लिमिटेड को अिधसूिचत करती है:
परंतु मैसर्स ओडिसा माइनिंग कॉरपोरेशन िलिमटेड और मैसर्स प2िम बंगाल मिनरल डेवलपमेंट एंड ट्रेडिंग कॉप7रेशन िलिमटेड द्वारा, इनके द्वारा किए गए पूव9क्षण कार्य की बाबत सृजित डाटा राज्य सरकार को दे दिया जाएगा ।
2. यह अधिसूचना उसके राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवत्त होगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 24th October, 2017
G.S.R. 1325(E).—In pursuance of the second proviso to sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957), the Central Government hereby notifies the M/s. Odisha Mining Corporation Limited and M/s. West Bengal Mineral Development and Trading Corporation Limited for the purposes of the second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act:
Provided that the M/s. Odisha Mining Corporation Limited and M/s. West Bengal Mineral Development and Trading Corporation Limited shall make over the data generated by them, in respect of the prospecting operations undertaken by them, to the State Government.
2. This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
