का.आ. 3416(अ)का.आ. 3416(अ)का.आ. 3416(अ)का.आ. 3416(अ)....—के न्(cid:16)ीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खंड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते 1ए, भारत सरकार, सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 2720(अ), दिनांकित 05 अक्टूबर, 2015 जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii), दिनांकित 7 अक्टूबर, 2015 में प्रकाशित की गई थी, में एतBारा निम्निलिखत संशोधन करती है ।

उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में,

चित्तूर जिला से संबंधित Hम सं. 1 के सामने, पुथलापJटू तालुक और पुथलापJटू पुलिस थाना हेतु प्रविष्टि (5) तलपुलापल्ली के पश्चात् गांव के नाम के सामने गांव, अर्थात् (6) पत्तुर अंत:स्थापित किया जाएगा ।

S.O. 3416(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 2720 (E) Dated 5th October 2015, published in Gazette of India Extraordinary Part-II, Section-3, Sub-section-(ii) dated the 7th October 2015.

In the schedule to the said notification:—

का.आ. 341का.आ. 341का.आ. 341का.आ. 3417777(अ)(अ)(अ)(अ)....—के न्(cid:16)ीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम 1956 (1956 का 48) (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात उक्त अिधिनयम कहा गया है) की धारा 3क की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते 1ए, यह संतुष्टि हो जाने के पश्चात कि सार्वजनिक प्रयोजन के लिए आंW प्रदेश राज्य के चित्तूर जिले में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 18 के किमी 18/400 से किमी 56/000 तक भू-खंड के निर्माण (चौड़ीकरण/पे\ड शोल्डर सिहत दो-लेन का बनाना, आदि), अनुरक्षण, प्रबंधन और प्रचालन हेतु भूिम अपेक्षित है, िजसका संक्षिप्त वर्णन नीचे अनुसूची में दिया गया है, एतBारा उक्त भूिम का अर्जन करने के िलए अपने आशय की घोषणा करती है;

उक्त भूिम में हितब_ कोई भी 'क्ति, उक्त अिधिनयम की धारा 3ग की उप-धारा (1) के अधीन पूवaक्त प्रयोजन के िलए उक्त भूिम के उपयोग पर शासकीय राजपत्र में इस अिधसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से इbीस दिन के भीतर आपत्ति प्रकट कर सके गा ।

ऐसी प्रत्येक आपत्ति सक्षम प्राधिकारी, अर्थात् सक्षम अधिकारी एवं संयुक्त कलेक्टर, चित्तूर, आंW प्रदेश को िलिखत रूप में प्रस्तुत की जाएगी और उसमें उसके आधार अिधकिथत किए जाएंगे और सक्षम प्राधिकारी, आपत्तिकर्ता को 'क्तिगत रूप में या किसी िविधक पेशेवर द्वारा सुने जाने का अवसर देगा और ऐसी आपत्तियों की सुनवाई के पeात् तथा ऐसी और जांच करने के पeात्, यदि कोई हो, िजसे सक्षम प्राधिकारी आवश्यक समझे, आदेश द्वारा या तो आपत्तियों को अनुfात कर सके गा या अननुfात कर सके गा ।

उक्त अिधिनयम की धारा 3ग की उप-धारा (2) के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा दिया गया कोई भी आदेश अंितम होगा ।

इस अिधसूचना के अंतर्गत आने वाली भूिम के रेखांक और अन्य ब्यौरे सक्षम प्राधिकारी के उक्त कार्यालय में उपलब्ध है और उनका हितब_ 'क्तियों द्वारा निरीक्षण किया जा सकता है ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 17th October, 2017

S.O. 3417(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule below, is required for in the stretch of land from 18/400 Km to 56/000 Km of the National Highway No. 18 for building (widening/ Two lane with Paved Shoulders etc.,) maintenance, management and operation in the district of Chittoor in the State of Andhra Pradesh, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land;

Any person interested in the said land may, within twenty-one days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, object to the use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section(1) of Section 3C of the said Act.

Every such objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely, the Competent Authority & Joint Collector, Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the competent authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by a legal practitioner, and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the competent authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections.

Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (2) of section 3C of the said Act shall be final.

The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.

Brief description of the land to be acquired, with or without structure, falling within the for in the stretch of land from 18.400 Km to 56.000 Km of the National Highway No. 18 for building(widening/Two lane with Paved shoulders etc.,) maintenance, management and operation in the district of Chittoor in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
