का.आ.का.आ.का.आ.का.आ. 4040404066665555((((अ)अ)अ)अ)....———— के न्(cid:13)ीय सरकार, आधार (वित्तीय और अन्य सहायिकियों, प्रसुविधाओं और सेवाओं का लक्षित परिदान) अधिनियम, 2016 (2016 का 18) की धारा 7 के उपबंधों के अनुसरण में, भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-II, खंड-3, उप खंड (ii) में का.आ. 371(अ), तारीख 8 फरवरी, 2017 द्वारा प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के उपभोक्ता मामले, खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय (खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण विभाग) की अधिसूचना में निम्निलिखत और संशोधन करती है: ————
उक्त अधिसूचना में, ————
(क) पैरा-1, के उप-पैरा (2) में, "31 दिसम्बर, 2017 तक" अंकों और शब्दों के स्थान पर "31 मार्च, 2018 तक" अंक और शब्द रखे जाएंगे;
(ख) पैरा-2 के उप-पैरा (1) में, "31 दिसम्बर, 2017 तक" अंकों और शब्दों के स्थान पर "31 मार्च, 2018 तक" अंक और शब्द रखे जाएंगे;

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 26th December, 2017
S.O. 4065(E).— In pursuance of the provisions of section 7 of the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016 (18 of 2016), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Department of Food and Public Distribution, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 371(E), dated the 8th February, 2017, namely : —
In the said notification,-
(a) in paragraph 1, in sub-paragraph (2), for the words, figures and letters "by 31st December, 2017", the words, figures and letters "by 31st March, 2018" shall be substituted;
(b) in paragraph 2, in sub-paragraph (1), for the words, figures and letters "by 31st December, 2017", the words, figures and letters "by 31st March, 2018" shall be substituted.

Note :— The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 371(E), dated the 8th February, 2017, amended vide Notification number S.O. 2040(E), dated the 29th June, 2017 and S.O. 3176(E), dated the 28th September, 2017 .
