का.आ. 4044(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से उत्तराखण्ड में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 58 के (ऋषिकश-रूद्रप्रयाग सेक्शन) के निर्माण (चौड़ा करने/दो लेन करने इत्यादि) रखरखाव, प्रबन्धन एवं संचालन के लिए उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (4), स्तम्भ (5), स्तम्भ (6), और (7), की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टियों में विनिर्दिष्ट क्रमशः जिलों, तालुकों, पुलिस थानों और ग्रामों के सम्बन्ध में उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (3) की संगत प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट भूखण्ड के सम्बन्ध में संलग्न अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (2) में उल्लेखित अधिकारियों को उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन ऐसे प्राधिकारी की कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए सक्षम प्राधिकारी प्राधिकृत करती है।

New Delhi, the 26th December, 2017

S.O. 4044(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the schedule annexed hereto as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule relating to district, taluk, police station and villages mentioned in column (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said Schedule for Rehabilitation and up-gradation to two lane/two lane with paved shoulders, Configuration & Strengthening National Highway in the state of Uttarakhand from Km. 274.945 to km. 328.450 (from Rishikesh to Rudraprayag on the NH –58.
