का.आ. 4046(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (क) द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से उत्तराखण्ड में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या-34 के (धारासू-गंगोत्री सेक्शन) के निर्माण (चौड़ा करने/दो लेन करने इत्यादि), रखरखाव, प्रबंधन एवं संचालन के लिए उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (4), स्तम्भ (5), स्तम्भ (6) और (7), की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टियों में विनिर्दिष्ट क्रमशः जिलों, तालुकों, पुलिस थानों और ग्रामों के संबंध में उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (3) की संगत प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट भूखण्ड के संबंध में संलग्न अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (2) में उल्लेखित अधिकारियों को उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन ऐसे प्राधिकारी की कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए सक्षम प्राधिकारी प्राधिकृत करती है।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 26th December, 2017

S.O. 4046(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorises the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule annexure hereto as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule relating to Districts, Taluks, Police Stations and Villages mentioned in column (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said Schedule for Consultancy Services for preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR) for road Rehabilitation and Up-gradation to 2-lane/2-lane with paved shoulders configuration and strengthening of National Highways in the State of Uttarakhand from Km. 0.000 (Gangotri) to Km. 124.000 (Dharasu) of NH-34 (Package IV).
