dk- vk- 4064¼v½.—पेट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइपलाईन (भूमि में प्रयोक्ता के अधिकार का अर्जन) अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 50) (इसमें इसके बाद उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 2 के खंड (क) के अनुसरण में भारत सरकार एतदद्वारा, बिहार राज्य में गेल (इण्डिया) लिमिटेड की जगदीपुर-हल्दिया-बोकारो-धामरा पाइपलाईन (जे एच बी डी पी एल) और स्पर पाइपलाईन के लिये पेट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइपलाईन (भूमि में प्रयोक्ता के अधिकार का अर्जन) अधिनियम, 1962 के तहत मुआवजे का भुगतान करने के लिए श्री ललित भूषण रंजन, श्री अन्नु कुमार, श्री उपेन्द्र सिंह, एवं श्री उत्तम कुमार, भूमि सुधार उप समाहर्ताओं, बिहार सरकार को सक्षम प्राधिकारियों के कार्यों का निर्वहन करने के लिये प्राधिकृत करती है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19th December, 2017
S. O. 4064(E).— In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said Act), the Government of India hereby authorizes Shri Lalit Bhushan Ranjan, Shri Annu Kumar, Shri Upender Singh, and Shri Uttam Kumar, Land Reform Deputy Collectors, Government of Bihar to perform the functions of Competent Authorities under the P&MP Act, 1962 for disbursement of compensation for Jagdishpur-Haldia- Bokaro-Dhamra Pipeline (JHBDPL) & spur pipeline of GAIL (India) Limited, in the State of Bihar.
