] No. 292] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, JANUARY 19, 2018/PAUSHA 29, 1939 नई दिल्ली, 19 जनवरी, 2018 ( ) ( ).—विदेश व्यापार नीति 2015-2020 के पैरा 1.02 के साथ पठित, यथा संशधित, विदेश व्यापार (विकास एवं विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1992 (1992 की सं0 22) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियं का प्रयग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्‌द्वारा तत्काल प्रभाव से प्याज के निर्यात से संबंधित दिनांक 29.12.2017 की अधिसूचना सं. 43/2015-20 के साथ पठित दिनांक 23.11.2017 की अधिसूचना सं. 39/2015-2020 के पैरा 2 को निम्नानुसार प्रतिस्थापित करते हुए संशधन करती हैः

"निर्यात अर आयात मदं के आईटीसी (एचएस) वर्गीकरण की अनुसूची 2 के अध्याय 7 की क्रम सं. 51 अर 52 के मद विवरण के लिए प्याज का निर्यात " 3.

उपरक्त यथा वर्णित सभी किस्मों की प्याज का निर्यात तत्काल प्रभाव से और केवल साख पत्र (एलसी) के साथ प्रति मीट्रिक टन 700 अमरीकी डालर एफओबी (प्रति मीट्रिक टन 850 अमरीकी डालर एफओबी के बजाय) के न्यूनतम निर्यात मूल्य (एमईपी) के अध्यधीन अनुमत हगा।

NOTIFICATION

Subject : Export Policy of Onions—Imposition of Minimum Export Price (MEP).

S.O. 339(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992), as amended, read with Para 1.02 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015- 20, the Central Government hereby makes amendment, with immediate effect, by substituting Para 2 of Notification No. 39/2015-20 dated 23.11.2017 read with Notification No. 43/2015-2020 dated 29.12.2017 relating to export of onion; as under :

"Export of onion for the item description at Serial Number 51 & 52 of Chapter 7 of Schedule 2 of ITC (HS) Classification of Export & Import Items shall be permitted only on Letter of Credit (LC) subject to a Minimum Export Price (MEP) of US$ 700 F.O.B. per Metric Ton till 20.02.2018".

2. Effect of this Notification:

Export of all varieties of onions, as described above, will be allowed only on Letter of Credit (LC) subject to a Minimum Export Price (MEP) of US$ 700 F.O.B. per Metric Ton (instead of US$ 850 F.O.B. per Metric Ton) with immediate effect and till 20.02.2018.
